【摘要】：中國特色社會(huì)主義道路就是以實(shí)現(xiàn)富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化國家為根本目標(biāo),而“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”則是中國特色社會(huì)主義道路繼續(xù)持久繁榮、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的必然選擇。對(duì)中國特色社會(huì)主義道路之“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”問題進(jìn)行解讀,對(duì)于更加堅(jiān)定不移地走中國特色社會(huì)主義道路、絕不走“老路”、更不能走“邪路”,意義重大。 本文立足于中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)環(huán)境與“一面旗幟、一條道路、一個(gè)理論體系”的內(nèi)在要求,對(duì)“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”進(jìn)行了全新的解讀,它不單純的等同于科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的理論內(nèi)涵,而是在中國特色社會(huì)主義道路的長期發(fā)展中不斷積淀而成,是中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)各個(gè)時(shí)期發(fā)展觀的集中凝練與不斷深化,它經(jīng)歷了醞釀、探索、形成與發(fā)展四個(gè)階段,有著豐富的理論依據(jù)與現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),不僅是對(duì)馬克思主義的基本原理的成功運(yùn)用與繼承,而且體現(xiàn)了馬克思主義中國化理論在發(fā)展觀上的一脈相承與不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新,其中重視生產(chǎn)力的提高、以人民利益為重、堅(jiān)持建設(shè)發(fā)展的全面性與協(xié)調(diào)性等都是“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”的主要內(nèi)容；與此同時(shí),中國特色社會(huì)主義道路視域下“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”的選擇與確定,也是批判式的汲取西方資本主義國家發(fā)展之路上的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),并對(duì)西方發(fā)展理論的合理成分進(jìn)行了有效借鑒。因而,明確“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”對(duì)中國特色社會(huì)主義道路的內(nèi)在需求,解讀中國特色社會(huì)主義道路與“科學(xué)發(fā)展觀”的關(guān)系,牢牢把握以人為本、可持續(xù)發(fā)展和統(tǒng)籌兼顧的重要原則,為堅(jiān)定不移地走中國特色社會(huì)主義道路,提供理論支持與現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is aimed at realizing a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modern country, while the "scientific development view" is that the socialist road with Chinese characteristics continues to prosper. It is of great significance for us to unswervingly follow the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, never to follow the old road and not to follow the evil road, to interpret the issue of "scientific development view" of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. Based on the construction environment of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the inherent requirements of "a banner, a road and a theoretical system", this paper makes a new interpretation of "scientific development view". It is not simply equivalent to the theoretical connotation of the scientific development view, but is accumulated in the long-term development of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. It is the concentrated and condensed view of development in every period of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has experienced four stages of gestation, exploration, formation and development. It has rich theoretical basis and realistic foundation, not only the successful application and inheritance of the basic principles of Marxism. Moreover, it reflects the continuous development and innovation of Marxist Sinicization theory in the view of development, in which emphasis is placed on the improvement of productive forces and on the interests of the people. Insisting on the comprehensiveness and coordination of construction and development is the main content of the "Scientific Development View", at the same time, the choice and determination of the "Scientific Development View" under the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. It is also a critical way to learn from the experience and lessons of the development of western capitalist countries, and to effectively draw lessons from the rational elements of the western development theory. It is clear that the "scientific development view" has an inherent demand for the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, interprets the relationship between the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and "the scientific development view", and firmly grasps the important principles of people-oriented, sustainable development and overall consideration. To unswervingly follow the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, provide theoretical support and practical guidance.
