經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下中國出版業(yè)發(fā)展的對策選擇

出版物有其單一的、不容取代的特性,出版物所用的文字局限了出版物的地域性。但是,隨著世界在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各個方面的融合,整個世界成為了一個整體。經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的越來越快,它的發(fā)展無疑帶動了各個領(lǐng)域的全球化,出版業(yè)也不例外。本文闡述了經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化下出版業(yè)的全球化趨勢,并通過分析指出了在這一趨勢下中國出版業(yè)的對策選擇。本文主要包括五個部分: 第一章簡述經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化帶動了出版全球化的發(fā)展,出版業(yè)的發(fā)展成為一個全球化的視野。并指出出版業(yè)全球化的特征,推動力以及趨勢。 第二章闡述了計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)給出版業(yè)帶來的根深蒂固的負(fù)面影響,出版業(yè)仍存在著很多隱藏的、不容忽視的問題。文章首先從外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境對我國出版業(yè)的競爭力進(jìn)行了探討,然后從產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論的角度分析我國出版業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及問題。 第三章指出為順應(yīng)出版全球化的趨勢,中國的出版者應(yīng)該以積極的態(tài)度,采取有效的措施緊跟時代的發(fā)展。這一部分回顧了中國出版業(yè)的改革歷史及其發(fā)展中總結(jié)出的改革方針。并以中國出版集團(tuán)和遼寧出版集團(tuán)組建為例來說明出版業(yè)集團(tuán)化的發(fā)展。 第四章從中國政府給予出版業(yè)的對外政策出發(fā),通過出版業(yè)對外合作的兩個典型事例...
