柬埔寨農(nóng)村地區(qū)飲用水問題研究

清潔飲水和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生是人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畹幕拘枨�，是保護和提高人們健康及生活條件、促進國家工業(yè)化和現(xiàn)代化的必要條件。在柬埔寨，農(nóng)村地區(qū)的飲用水供應(yīng)相比于總的飲用水供應(yīng)是非常低的。此外，超過50%的人不能享有干凈或安全的飲水。本文主要討論柬埔寨農(nóng)村地區(qū)的飲用水供應(yīng)問題并對現(xiàn)存的有關(guān)促進農(nóng)村清潔飲水和衛(wèi)生的政策及策略進行了調(diào)查和討論。本文的主要目的是找出農(nóng)村清潔飲水供應(yīng)所存在的問題和挑戰(zhàn)并找出可行的解決方法，然后提出相關(guān)的政策性建議。因為農(nóng)村地區(qū)比較貧窮落后，而柬埔寨政府對偏遠地區(qū)并沒有給予足夠的關(guān)注，因此有關(guān)農(nóng)村地區(qū)飲水供應(yīng)及衛(wèi)生方面的官方數(shù)據(jù)較少，很難找到各省的具體數(shù)據(jù)。為了使本研究更加準確可靠，筆者在2013年12月23號到2014年3月10號回到柬埔寨期間對柬埔寨的若干省的農(nóng)村地區(qū)居民進行了面對面的采訪，通過這種方式收集到了第一手的數(shù)據(jù)以進行后續(xù)的分析。同通過對數(shù)據(jù)進行定性和定量的分析，筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)，總體來說，柬埔寨的水資源比較豐富，但是呈現(xiàn)在時間和空間上分布不均的特點，水資源開發(fā)中主要存在的問題有：用地表水灌溉稻田、森林退化對水資源的不利影響、地下水含有大量的鐵和錳、工業(yè)化對地下水和地表水...
