【摘要】：株型對作物的產(chǎn)量性狀有至關重要的意義。良好的株型可以改善作物的受光姿態(tài)、通風環(huán)境和源庫流結構,與產(chǎn)量形成密切相關。株型基因在育種實踐的應用是水稻構建理想株型,突破產(chǎn)量瓶頸的關鍵。隨著水稻基因組的測序和現(xiàn)代分子生物技術的快速發(fā)展,一些重要的株型基因已經(jīng)被科學家克隆,它們共同影響著水稻的植株形態(tài)。本研究綜述了國內(nèi)外已發(fā)表的一些水稻株型基因,對目前水稻株型的研究概況和應用前景做了總結,旨在為水稻改善株型、提高產(chǎn)量提供新思路和新方法。
[Abstract]:Plant type plays an important role in crop yield traits. Good plant type can improve the illumination attitude, ventilation environment and the structure of source and sink flow, which is closely related to the yield formation. The application of plant type gene in breeding practice is the key for rice to construct ideal plant type and break through the bottleneck of yield. With the rapid development of rice genome sequencing and modern molecular biotechnology, some important plant type genes have been cloned by scientists. In this paper, some rice plant type genes published at home and abroad were reviewed, and the research situation and application prospect of rice plant type were summarized in order to provide new ideas and methods for improving plant type and increasing yield of rice.
