【摘要】:利用三維朗之萬(wàn)動(dòng)力學(xué)模擬算法,我們研究了擁擠劑粒子的形狀對(duì)大分子鏈成環(huán)動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)球狀擁擠劑粒子情況下的鏈成環(huán)過(guò)程主要是由介質(zhì)粘度的增加主導(dǎo)控制的,因此隨著體系中擁擠劑粒子體積分?jǐn)?shù)φ的增加,成環(huán)過(guò)程將會(huì)變得越來(lái)越慢。然而與之相反地是,在圓柱狀(棒狀)擁擠劑中,大分子鏈成環(huán)動(dòng)力學(xué)變得十分的復(fù)雜。尤其是在體積分?jǐn)?shù)φ = 0.36-0.44時(shí),我們發(fā)現(xiàn)平均成環(huán)時(shí)間τc有一個(gè)戲劇性的下降。隨后我們認(rèn)為這個(gè)意料之外τc的戲劇性的下降主要是由于棒狀擁擠劑粒子在此體積分?jǐn)?shù)范圍時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)生由無(wú)序向向列型轉(zhuǎn)變。我們的結(jié)果為擁擠的細(xì)胞環(huán)境中生物大分子的成環(huán)過(guò)程提供了一個(gè)更深入的理解。
[Abstract]:Using the three dimensional Langevin kinetic simulation algorithm, we studied the effect of the shape of the crowding agent particles on the ring dynamics of macromolecular chains.We find that the chain ring formation process in the case of spherical crowding agent particles is mainly controlled by the increase of medium viscosity. Therefore, with the increase of volume fraction 蠁 of crowding agent particles in the system, the ring forming process will become more and more slow.In contrast, in cylindrical (rod) crowding agents, the ring-forming dynamics of macromolecular chains become very complex.Especially when the volume fraction 蠁 = 0.36-0.44, we find that the mean ring-forming time 蟿 _ c has a dramatic decrease.Then we think that the dramatic decline of 蟿 c is mainly due to the transition from disorder to column type in the range of volume fraction of rod-shaped crowding agent particles.Our results provide a deeper understanding of the ring-forming process of biological macromolecules in crowded cellular environments.
