【摘要】：目的:采用HPLC-DAD方法,對(duì)氣血雙補(bǔ)酊劑進(jìn)行指紋圖譜分析和10種活性成分同時(shí)測(cè)定來(lái)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制。方法:通過(guò)優(yōu)化提取、分離和分析條件,采用Merck C18色譜柱,流動(dòng)相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,波長(zhǎng)203 nm。結(jié)果:通過(guò)分析10批樣品指紋圖譜,確立了32個(gè)共有峰作為特征峰來(lái)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),10批樣品相似度高,10種活性成分含量同時(shí)測(cè)定的結(jié)果穩(wěn)定可靠。結(jié)論:該多成分含量測(cè)定的方法,結(jié)合色譜指紋圖譜分析,具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用,可以全面對(duì)氣血雙補(bǔ)酊劑進(jìn)行質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the fingerprint of Qi-Xue Shuangbu tincture by HPLC-DAD and determine 10 active components simultaneously to control the quality of tincture.Methods: by optimizing extraction, separation and analysis conditions, Merck C18 column, mobile phase acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, wavelength 203nm.Results: by analyzing the fingerprint of 10 batches of samples, 32 common peaks were established as characteristic peaks to evaluate 10 batches of samples with high similarity and 10 kinds of active components. The results of simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of active components in 10 batches of samples were stable and reliable.Conclusion: the method of multicomponent determination combined with chromatographic fingerprint analysis has practical application and can be used to control the quality of Qi-Xue Shuangbu tincture.
