既有斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)及承載能力評(píng)定

【摘要】:在中國(guó)道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)中,斜拉橋梁正處于迅速發(fā)展的階段。隨著我國(guó)公路交通中交通流量的不斷增大,公路荷載等級(jí)的不斷提高,重型載重車(chē)輛也越來(lái)越多,斜拉橋優(yōu)良的承載能力和使用性能為此提供了很好的解決方案。如同常見(jiàn)的混凝土梁橋一樣,斜拉橋梁在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中,各種外在因素的綜合作用下,橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)遲早會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種類(lèi)型和程度的損傷和缺陷,使得橋梁的承載水平不再能滿(mǎn)足行駛荷載的需求。如何準(zhǔn)確的對(duì)這些斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)和承載能力評(píng)定,影響到直接指導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)維修的重要依據(jù)是否可信。因而,在既有斜拉橋結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)評(píng)估與加固處理的特點(diǎn)這一方面開(kāi)展深入的研究是有一定必要性的。針對(duì)以上情況,本文結(jié)合某單塔斜拉橋的檢測(cè)評(píng)估開(kāi)展了以下工作。(1)介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外公路斜拉橋梁建設(shè)的狀況以及斜拉橋的結(jié)構(gòu)和受力特點(diǎn),結(jié)合既有斜拉橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)評(píng)估的研究狀況,指出了斜拉橋檢測(cè)評(píng)估與維修加固的意義。(2)分析了斜拉橋常見(jiàn)的病害及其形成機(jī)理,針對(duì)不同的病害介紹了相應(yīng)的檢測(cè)方法及其基本理論,并斜拉橋的結(jié)構(gòu)檢算和荷載試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了介紹。(3)詳細(xì)闡述了既有橋梁技術(shù)狀況的評(píng)估理論和方法,對(duì)每種方法進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),明確了其使用條件,并指出要綜合使用各種方法進(jìn)行橋梁的評(píng)定。(4)對(duì)某單塔斜拉橋進(jìn)行了全面的結(jié)構(gòu)檢測(cè)、結(jié)構(gòu)檢算、荷載試驗(yàn)和結(jié)構(gòu)評(píng)定,并提出了對(duì)該橋加固維修的意見(jiàn)和建議;更進(jìn)一步,通過(guò)對(duì)該橋開(kāi)展的全面的檢測(cè)及荷載試驗(yàn),分析了橋梁病害成因和橋梁使用狀況。為該橋及同類(lèi)型的橋梁提供了運(yùn)營(yíng)和維修加固的技術(shù)資料。
[Abstract]:In the construction of Chinese road network, the beam of cable-stayed bridge is in the stage of rapid development. With the increasing traffic flow in our country, the road load class is increasing, and the heavy-duty vehicle is getting more and more, and the cable-stayed bridge has excellent bearing capacity and service performance. As with the common concrete beam bridge, in the course of operation, the bridge structure of the cable-stayed bridge will have various types and degree of damage and defect sooner or later, so that the bearing level of the bridge can no longer meet the requirements of the running load. How to accurately detect the structure of these cable-stayed bridges and the evaluation of the carrying capacity of the cable-stayed bridge has an impact on the credibility of the important basis for directly guiding the structure of the cable-stayed bridge. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the characteristics of the detection and evaluation of the existing cable-stayed bridge structure and the characteristics of the reinforcement treatment. In view of the above situation, the following work is carried out in connection with the detection and evaluation of a single-tower cable-stayed bridge. (1) The construction status of cable-stayed bridge at home and abroad and the structure and force characteristics of cable-stayed bridge are introduced, and the significance of the evaluation and maintenance of cable-stayed bridge is pointed out. (2) The common diseases and the formation mechanism of the cable-stayed bridge are analyzed, and the corresponding detection method and the basic theory are introduced for different diseases, and the structural check and load test of the cable-stayed bridge are introduced. (3) The evaluation theory and method of existing bridge technical condition are described in detail, each method is evaluated, its use condition is defined, and it is pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively use various methods to evaluate the bridge. (4) The comprehensive structure detection, structural check, load test and structural evaluation of a single-tower cable-stayed bridge are carried out, and the opinions and suggestions on the reinforcement and maintenance of the bridge are put forward, and further, through the comprehensive test and load test on the bridge, The cause of the bridge and the use of the bridge are analyzed. Technical data for the operation and maintenance of the bridge and the same type of bridge are provided.
