不同泥漿滲透模式下形成泥膜的閉氣效果探討

【摘要】:文章針對泥水盾構帶壓開艙時開挖面泥膜的閉氣性問題,以南京緯三路過江通道穿越的砂卵石地層為實驗地層,通過自行研制的泥膜氣密性裝置,開展了不同泥漿滲透模式下形成泥膜的閉氣試驗。結果表明:泥漿向地層中滲透時,部分泥漿顆粒堵塞在地層的孔隙中,有效地降低了地層的滲透性;先以密度為1.05~1.07 g/cm3的純膨潤土泥漿向地層中滲透,再以密度為1.15 g/cm3以上的稠泥漿形成泥膜,比只以較稠的泥漿形成單純的泥皮型泥膜的閉氣時間長數(shù)倍以上。該研究對泥水盾構在高滲透性地層中帶壓開艙時的泥漿調(diào)整和泥膜方案具有重要的參考意義。
