八七型鐵路應急搶修鋼梁用于重載鐵路橋梁搶修的力學性能研究
[Abstract]:87 type railway emergency repair steel beam (abbreviated as 87 beam) is the largest emergency repair steel beam with the largest span in our country at present. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient assembly, fast framing speed and wide use, which meets the requirements of emergency use of railway support and emergency relief in peacetime. With the continuous development and change of society and national economy, railway transportation not only increases the train speed to speed up the cargo turnover, but also requires a large increase in the load of the train. The experience of railway heavy load transportation at home and abroad shows that it is the best way to improve the transportation capacity and efficiency by reasonably strengthening the line and bridge equipment to realize the operation of large axle load freight train in the existing railway, which will inevitably occur in the adaptability of 87 beams under the live load of heavy duty train. Based on the above situation, the following work has been carried out in this paper: (1) the technical conditions and characteristics of the eight seven beams, structural components and bridge span structure types are introduced. (2) the finite element models of different bridge span types and different span 87 beams are established by using the finite element software ANSYS, and their dynamic characteristics are analyzed. (3) on the established finite element model, the live load is designed according to the original design. Five kinds of train live load schemas, including 25 t axle load, 27 t shaft load and 30 t axle load, are calculated and analyzed, and the calculation results are checked according to the Technical Specification for Emergency repair (Construction) of Railway Bridges (trial). (4) according to the different load conditions, the eight seven beam structures with different span and structural form are not satisfied with the specification. (4) according to the technical specification for emergency repair (construction) of railway bridges (trial), the calculation results are checked according to the calculation results of five kinds of train live load schemas (25 t axle load, 27 t shaft load and 30 t axle load). The improvement measures of the use scheme are studied. Through the research of this paper, the change law of mechanical properties of 87 beams under the action of different train live load schemas is analyzed and compared, and the applicable conditions of 87 beams which meet the requirements of the code and do not meet the requirements of the code under the corresponding live load are obtained, and through the improvement of the use scheme of some 87 beams, it can meet the needs of emergency repair of heavy load railway bridges. The research results improve the adaptability of the 87 beam and provide technical support for the emergency repair project of the 87 beam used in the heavy load railway bridge in the future.
