南寧市濱江小區(qū)市政道路工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:道路項(xiàng)目在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域聯(lián)系發(fā)展中發(fā)揮的作用至關(guān)重要。市政道路工程通常技術(shù)復(fù)雜、投資資金巨大、工期長(zhǎng)、參與的主體多,而且實(shí)施過程中受到各種外部環(huán)境的影響,使項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過程中的不確定性、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性大大增加,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)道路項(xiàng)目的工程質(zhì)量、建設(shè)周期、投資資金造成潛在的損失。道路工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)既存在于工程自身特點(diǎn),又存在于建設(shè)期間的社會(huì)和環(huán)境穩(wěn)定情況,有各種復(fù)雜的因素,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的主要原因有自然環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、社會(huì)文化風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、專業(yè)技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文通過參考國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合南寧市市政道路工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè),以南寧市濱江小區(qū)市政道路工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)為實(shí)證,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究,識(shí)別項(xiàng)目整個(gè)運(yùn)行期可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),評(píng)估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)的大小和對(duì)項(xiàng)目的影響程度,并針對(duì)評(píng)估結(jié)果提出解決方案,可以有助于減少項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)造成的損失,確保項(xiàng)目能夠順利實(shí)施,為類似項(xiàng)目提供一個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理決策參考。
[Abstract]:The role of road projects in the development of regional ties between national economy and social economy is very important. Municipal road engineering is usually technically complex, the investment capital is huge, the construction period is long, there are many participants, and the implementation process is affected by various external environments, which greatly increases the uncertainty and risk of the project in the implementation process. The risk causes potential losses to the engineering quality, construction cycle and investment funds of the road project. The risk of road engineering exists not only in the characteristics of the project itself, but also in the social and environmental stability during the construction period. There are various complex factors. The main causes of the risk are natural environmental risk, social and cultural risk, economic and environmental risk, professional and technical risk and management risk. By referring to the theory and experience of project risk management at home and abroad, combined with the construction of Nanning municipal road engineering project, and taking the construction of municipal road engineering project in Binjiang District of Nanning City as an empirical example, this paper studies the risk management of the project, identifies the possible risks in the whole operation period of the project, evaluates the size of the risk level and the influence degree on the project, and puts forward some solutions according to the evaluation results. It can help to reduce the loss caused by project risk, ensure the smooth implementation of the project, and provide a risk management decision reference for similar projects.
