江西JG科技公司的績效管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在知識經(jīng)濟大爆炸時代,改革開放的政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境下我國的高科技企業(yè)如同雨后春筍般陸續(xù)冒出,其發(fā)展速度勢如破竹。高科技企業(yè)逐漸引入現(xiàn)代管理方法,并逐漸注重企業(yè)內(nèi)部的人力資源管理,希望通過科學組織方法和領導技巧控制企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工,最大限度發(fā)揮高科技企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工隱藏的潛力,從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)組織內(nèi)外人力資源的優(yōu)化統(tǒng)一?冃Ч芾硎侨肆Y源管理中至關重要的一環(huán),它是組織、管理員工的重要方式,是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟目標、員工目標、內(nèi)部管理目標等的重要手段,對于提高企業(yè)整體經(jīng)濟效益以及市場競爭力具有重要作用。IT企業(yè)是知識經(jīng)濟時代下新興的信息產(chǎn)業(yè),是我國國民經(jīng)濟中不可或缺的組成部分,在知識信息時代IT企業(yè)的社會經(jīng)濟地位不容動搖。由于IT企業(yè)是以人才為根本的知識密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),高精尖技術型人才是確保高科技IT企業(yè)核心競爭力的關鍵,同時也是企業(yè)在市場經(jīng)濟中生存和經(jīng)營的根本。績效管理通過科學而有效的人力資源管理方法可以為高科技企業(yè)人才管理創(chuàng)造有價值的管理方法。本文立足于績效管理的相關理論,闡述了IT企業(yè)績效管理存在知識型員工占主體、激勵機制多元化、人才爭奪激烈、員工流失率較高等問題,本文以江西JG企業(yè)為例,運用目標管理法(MBO)、關鍵業(yè)績指標法(KPI)、平衡計分卡(BSC)等績效管理的相關理論進行分析,融合當前先進的績效管理思想和理念對績效管理體系進行優(yōu)化,績效管理指標要符合SMART原則,并突出剛性與柔性相結合特征,體現(xiàn)社會責任感。最后從績效管理理念、企業(yè)文化、加強績效管理培訓、改革績效動力傳導機制等角度提出績效優(yōu)化管理的策略,從而形成對江西JG科技公司績效管理中存在的問題的有效解決方案,以便為此類IT科技企業(yè)的績效管理提供指導性意見。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy explosion, the high-tech enterprises of our country have sprung up one after another under the political and economic environment of reform and opening up. High-tech enterprises gradually introduce modern management methods, and gradually pay attention to human resources management within enterprises, hoping to control employees through scientific organization methods and leadership skills. To maximize the hidden potential of employees in high-tech enterprises, so as to realize the optimization and unification of internal and external human resources. Performance management is an important part of human resource management. It is an important way to organize and manage employees. It is also an important means to achieve economic objectives, employee goals, internal management objectives and so on. IT is a new information industry in the era of knowledge economy, which is an indispensable part of our national economy. In the age of knowledge and information, the social and economic status of IT enterprises cannot be shaken. Because the IT enterprise is a knowledge-intensive industry based on talents, the high-tech talents is the key to ensure the core competitiveness of high-tech IT enterprises, and it is also the fundamental for the enterprises to survive and operate in the market economy. Performance management can create valuable management methods for high-tech enterprises through scientific and effective human resource management methods. Based on the related theory of performance management, this paper expounds the problems of IT enterprise performance management, such as the knowledge employees occupy the main body, the incentive mechanism is diversified, the competition for talents is fierce, the staff turnover rate is high, and so on. This paper takes Jiangxi JG enterprise as an example. This paper analyzes the relevant theories of performance management, such as objective management method, (MBO), key performance index method, (KPI), balanced scorecard, (BSC) and so on, and combines the current advanced performance management ideas and concepts to optimize the performance management system. The performance management index should conform to the principle of SMART, emphasize the combination of rigidity and flexibility, and embody the sense of social responsibility. Finally, from the perspective of performance management concept, corporate culture, strengthening performance management training, reforming the transmission mechanism of performance dynamics, the paper puts forward the strategies of performance optimization management. Thus, an effective solution to the problems existing in the performance management of Jiangxi JG Science and Technology Company is formed, in order to provide guidance for the performance management of this kind of IT science and technology enterprises.
