秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:加強(qiáng)旅游文化建設(shè)對(duì)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有至關(guān)重要的作用。發(fā)展文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)是提升旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段,充分挖掘和整合文化資源,發(fā)展特色文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。可以推動(dòng)各地進(jìn)一步深入挖掘本地的各種文化資源,以旅游為載體對(duì)這些資源進(jìn)行整合和開發(fā)利用,發(fā)展特色文化產(chǎn)業(yè),培植新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),使這個(gè)地區(qū)的文化資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文以文化旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略問題為切入點(diǎn),以我國(guó)著名旅游城市秦皇島市為研究對(duì)象,從戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策角度來探索如何發(fā)展秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。 首先,從文化旅游的概念、意義、類型、特點(diǎn)四個(gè)方面,分別闡述了文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況,為研究秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,用SWOT戰(zhàn)略分析方法對(duì)秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和威脅做了深入分析。通過對(duì)秦皇島市城市旅游的SWOT分析,從文化旅游資源、地理位置、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力、旅游發(fā)展的區(qū)位環(huán)境等方面分析了秦皇島發(fā)展文化旅游的條件,根據(jù)秦皇島發(fā)展城市旅游的實(shí)際情況,建議在城市品牌、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、城市旅游產(chǎn)品等方面發(fā)展秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)。上述分析為研究秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略提供現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。 再次,,在秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分別研究了SO略、WO戰(zhàn)略、ST戰(zhàn)略、WT戰(zhàn)略,這部分內(nèi)容對(duì)秦皇島市文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)部和外部環(huán)境做了定性分析,為后面提出秦皇島市文化旅游資源的配置和若干措施提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。 最后,在上述戰(zhàn)略研究的基礎(chǔ)上,在秦皇島市的文化旅游發(fā)展的規(guī)劃方面提出了若干對(duì)策,以期對(duì)秦皇島市的文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of tourism culture plays an important role in the development of tourism economy. The development of cultural tourism industry is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry, fully tap and integrate cultural resources, develop cultural industry with characteristics. It can promote the further exploration of local cultural resources, integrate and exploit these resources with tourism as a carrier, develop characteristic cultural industries, and cultivate new economic growth points. The advantage of cultural resources in this area will be transformed into the advantage of economic development. This article takes the cultural tourism development strategy question as the breakthrough point, takes our country famous tourism city Qinhuangdao as the research object, explores how to develop the Qinhuangdao cultural tourism industry from the strategic countermeasure angle. First of all, from the concept, significance, type and characteristics of cultural tourism, this paper expounds the development of cultural tourism industry at home and abroad, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of cultural tourism industry in Qinhuangdao. Secondly, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of cultural tourism industry in Qinhuangdao City are analyzed with SWOT strategic analysis method. Through the SWOT analysis of urban tourism in Qinhuangdao, this paper analyzes the conditions of developing cultural tourism in Qinhuangdao from the aspects of cultural tourism resources, geographical location, economic strength, and location environment of tourism development. According to the actual situation of developing urban tourism in Qinhuangdao, it is suggested that the cultural tourism industry of Qinhuangdao should be developed in the aspects of city brand, industrial structure and urban tourism products. The above analysis provides a realistic basis for the study of Qinhuangdao's cultural tourism industry strategy. Thirdly, on the basis of the SWOT analysis of the cultural tourism industry development in Qinhuangdao City, this paper studies the so / WO strategy and St / WT strategy respectively, which makes a qualitative analysis on the internal and external environment of the development of the cultural tourism industry in Qinhuangdao. It provides a scientific basis for the allocation of cultural tourism resources and some measures in Qinhuangdao. Finally, on the basis of the above strategic research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures in the planning of cultural tourism development in Qinhuangdao City, in order to guide the development of cultural tourism industry in Qinhuangdao City.
