【摘要】：本文以現(xiàn)階段泰安鄉(xiāng)村旅游業(yè)發(fā)展情況為例,通過(guò)采用SWOT方法、主成分分析法對(duì)泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)果顯示:采用主成分分析法,對(duì)泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游空間差異進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,結(jié)果顯示泰安鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)較大的不平衡性。綜合得分大于零的2個(gè)城市,為泰山區(qū)和岱岳區(qū)。泰山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游是發(fā)展最好的地方,說(shuō)明泰山區(qū)依托泰山旅游區(qū)這一獨(dú)一無(wú)二的優(yōu)勢(shì),具備良好的旅游發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。其次是岱岳區(qū)的0.92,說(shuō)明岱岳區(qū)緊緊圍繞泰山旅游區(qū)做文章,大力推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村休閑旅游。綜合得分小于零的有東平縣、肥城市、新泰市、寧陽(yáng)縣。其中寧陽(yáng)縣得分最低為-0.96,主要原因是寧陽(yáng)縣旅游資源貧乏。采用德?tīng)柗品ê蛯哟畏治龇▽?duì)泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果顯示,環(huán)泰山鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)得分為93分,本區(qū)域以泰山為核心,旅游向心力強(qiáng),不管是旅游資源、開(kāi)發(fā)條件和旅游條件都是最好。其次環(huán)東平湖旅游區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村旅游得分為85分,本區(qū)域雖然距離泰安市較遠(yuǎn),遠(yuǎn)離全市旅游核心區(qū)域,但是本區(qū)域依托全市獨(dú)一無(wú)二的東平湖資源和文化旅游資源,旅游基礎(chǔ)良好,旅游資源互補(bǔ)性強(qiáng)。環(huán)徂徠山鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)得分為79分,本區(qū)域雖然旅游資源薄弱,但是靠近泰山旅游區(qū),具有較強(qiáng)的客源分流作用。肥東鄉(xiāng)村旅游區(qū)得分為66分,雖然本區(qū)域鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源豐富,但缺乏帶頭型旅游景區(qū),旅游引爆點(diǎn)不足。環(huán)蓮花山鄉(xiāng)村旅游景區(qū)得分為69分,本區(qū)域鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源豐富,依托蓮花山大力開(kāi)發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村旅游資源,效果顯著。泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游優(yōu)勢(shì)突出,旅游基礎(chǔ)良好,交通條件優(yōu)越,政府重視,人民收入水平提高,泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游同樣面臨著技術(shù)人才缺乏、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、鄉(xiāng)村旅游開(kāi)發(fā)具有較大的盲目性、與文化融合不夠、旅游價(jià)值無(wú)法體現(xiàn)文化內(nèi)涵、旅游區(qū)缺乏定位、資源同質(zhì)化現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題,面臨當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的挑戰(zhàn)、農(nóng)村沒(méi)有合理的鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展思路、農(nóng)村地區(qū)隨機(jī)分布,缺乏整體規(guī)劃等威脅。通過(guò)對(duì)泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游的分析,提出了泰安市鄉(xiāng)村旅游開(kāi)發(fā)的幾點(diǎn)建議:一是要統(tǒng)籌布局合理規(guī)劃,二是要加強(qiáng)政府引導(dǎo)與扶持,三是要加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),四是要突出農(nóng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)營(yíng)銷。
[Abstract]:Taking the current development of rural tourism in Tai'an as an example, this paper analyzes the rural tourism in Tai'an by using SWOT method and principal component analysis. The result shows that the main component analysis method is used to evaluate and analyze the spatial difference of rural tourism in Tai'an City, and the result shows that the rural tourism development in Tai'an presents a great imbalance. 2 cities with a score greater than zero, for Taishan and Daiyue. Rural tourism in Taishan district is the best place to develop. It shows that Taishan district relies on the unique advantage of Taishan tourism area and has a good basis for tourism development. Secondly, it is the 0.92 of Daiyue district. It shows that Daiyue District is tight around Taishan tourism area to make articles and vigorously promote rural areas. Leisure tourism. Dongping County, Feicheng City, Xintai city and Ningyang County, with a comprehensive score of less than zero, the lowest score in Ningyang county is -0.96, the main reason is the poor tourism resources in Ningyang county. The rural tourism resources in Tai'an city are evaluated by Delphy Fa and AHP. The result shows that the area of Taishan rural tourism area is 93 points, this area is in the region. Taking Taishan as the core, tourism has a strong centripetal force, whether tourism resources, development conditions and tourism conditions are best. Secondly, the score of rural tourism in the East Pinghu tourist area is 85 points. Although the region is far from Tai'an, it is far away from the core area of the city's tourism, but the region relies on the city's unique resources and cultural tourism resources in East Pinghu. The tourist area in the area is 79 points. Although the region is weak in tourism resources, the area is close to the tourist area in Taishan. It has a strong function of shunting the tourist resources. The Feidong rural tourism area has a score of 66. Although the rural tourism resources are rich in the region, there are no tourist attractions in the region. The rural tourism scenic spots around Lotus Hill are 69 points. The rural tourism resources are rich in this area. Relying on Lotus Hill to vigorously develop rural tourism resources, the effect is remarkable. The advantages of Tai'an rural tourism are prominent, the tourism foundation is good, the traffic conditions are superior, the government attaches great importance, the people's income level is improved, and the rural tourism in Tai'an is also faced. Lack of technical personnel, imperfect infrastructure, large blindness in the development of rural tourism, lack of cultural integration, lack of cultural connotation, lack of tourism value, serious resource homogeneity and so on, facing the challenge of the current economic crisis, there is no rational rural tourism development in rural areas. Random distribution, lack of overall planning and other threats. Through the analysis of rural tourism in Tai'an, some suggestions for the development of rural tourism in Tai'an are put forward: one is to plan the rational layout of the layout, two is to strengthen government guidance and support, the three is to strengthen the construction of infrastructure, and four to highlight the marketing of rural tourism industry.
