【摘要】:近些年,隨著山西經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐加快,旅游業(yè)在山西經(jīng)濟(jì)中的貢獻(xiàn)不斷突出,并呈現(xiàn)蓬勃發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭。然而山西旅游業(yè)在發(fā)展的同時(shí)存在許多問(wèn)題,如產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,旅游業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)未形成完整的聯(lián)接等。如何把山西旅游業(yè)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)之間的資源整合起來(lái),促進(jìn)山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升,是當(dāng)前需要解決的重要課題。 本文主要以如何促進(jìn)山西省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合為中心內(nèi)容,運(yùn)用鉆石理論模型定量、定性分析當(dāng)前山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,同時(shí)對(duì)山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的產(chǎn)品整合、價(jià)值整合、知識(shí)整合進(jìn)行探索比較并得出價(jià)值整合是山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的最優(yōu)策略。在理論部分的綜述中,通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合理論的把握,將旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的研究成果進(jìn)行梳理歸納,列出山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合研究的分析框架;在旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀部分,運(yùn)用鉆石理論模型分析山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并指出其中存在的主要問(wèn)題;在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合路徑分析部分,主要運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合理論對(duì)山西省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行規(guī)范分析;在策略選擇部分,通過(guò)前面章節(jié)的分析,結(jié)合山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,提出促進(jìn)山西旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈價(jià)值整合的策略選擇。 通過(guò)研究表明:山西擁有豐富的旅游文化資源,加之全省轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供的良好機(jī)遇,山西旅游業(yè)具有巨大的發(fā)展?jié)摿。針?duì)當(dāng)前山西旅游業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力弱、旅游各環(huán)節(jié)分散等問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合路徑的分析,指出產(chǎn)品整合在山西應(yīng)用的局限性以及知識(shí)整合在山西實(shí)現(xiàn)的障礙,確定選擇價(jià)值整合的有效性,進(jìn)而提出實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游各環(huán)節(jié)的價(jià)值創(chuàng)造、銜接各環(huán)節(jié)的利益分配機(jī)制以及政府的保障措施等價(jià)值整合的具體策略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the accelerated pace of economic transformation in Shanxi Province, the tourism industry in the economy of Shanxi has been outstanding, and showing a momentum of vigorous development. However, there are many problems in the development of Shanxi tourism at the same time. Such as unreasonable industrial structure, tourism links have not formed a complete link, etc. How to integrate the resources between the various links of Shanxi tourism, to promote the overall competitiveness of Shanxi tourism industry. It is an important subject that needs to be solved at present. This paper focuses on how to promote the integration of the tourism industry chain in Shanxi Province, using the diamond theory model quantitative analysis of the current situation of Shanxi tourism industry development. At the same time, the author explores and compares the product integration, value integration and knowledge integration of Shanxi tourism industry chain and concludes that value integration is the best strategy for the development of Shanxi tourism industry. Based on the theory of industrial chain integration, the research results of tourism industry chain integration are summarized, and the analytical framework of Shanxi tourism industry chain integration research is listed. In the part of the present situation of tourism development, the paper analyzes the present situation of Shanxi tourism industry by using the diamond theory model, and points out the main problems existing therein. In the part of industry chain integration path analysis, the author mainly uses the industry chain integration theory to standardize the tourism industry of Shanxi Province. In the part of strategy selection, through the analysis of the previous chapters, combined with the actual situation of Shanxi tourism industry, this paper puts forward the strategic choice to promote the value integration of Shanxi tourism industry chain. The research shows that Shanxi has abundant tourism cultural resources, combined with the good opportunities provided by the transformation and development strategy of Shanxi Province, Shanxi tourism has great potential for development, aiming at the weak competitiveness of Shanxi tourism at present. Through the analysis of the integration path of tourism industry chain, this paper points out the limitations of the application of product integration in Shanxi and the obstacles to the realization of knowledge integration in Shanxi. This paper determines the effectiveness of value integration, and then puts forward some specific strategies for value integration, such as value creation of tourism links, benefit distribution mechanism linking up with each link, and the government's safeguard measures.
