【摘要】：第二次世界大戰(zhàn)以來(lái),世界各地的旅游業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,實(shí)踐證明,旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)旅游社區(qū)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,因此,各國(guó)政府也極其重視旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展。在中國(guó),旅游業(yè)被視為推動(dòng)區(qū)域社會(huì)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)。 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),在江西省大力發(fā)展“紅色、綠色、古色”旅游的大背景下,被譽(yù)為“中國(guó)最美麗鄉(xiāng)村”的婺源縣旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展也取得了傲人的成績(jī),隨著旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,婺源縣旅游相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之繁榮,可以說(shuō),旅游業(yè)對(duì)婺源縣的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式都產(chǎn)生了重大影響。但是由于婺源縣旅游業(yè)初期略帶盲目性的發(fā)展,婺源縣大部分旅游資源未經(jīng)專業(yè)人士的科學(xué)規(guī)劃和論證便匆忙上馬,導(dǎo)致婺源縣優(yōu)良的旅游資源沒(méi)有發(fā)揮最大的社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)效益。另外,婺源縣旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展還遠(yuǎn)未步入可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路中來(lái),極大的阻礙了婺源縣旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展,主要表現(xiàn)在：社區(qū)參與的不充分、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、配套服務(wù)質(zhì)量不高、古村落的破壞性開(kāi)發(fā)等等。其中,旅游景區(qū)社區(qū)居民參與旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展問(wèn)題最為突出,因此,為了緩解居民與開(kāi)發(fā)商及政府之間的矛盾,并且提出一套符合婺源實(shí)際情況的社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展模式,非常有必要在對(duì)婺源景區(qū)各方面情況做一個(gè)深入和全面的調(diào)查了解。 本文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要分三部分。一、基礎(chǔ)理論部分。這部分首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的研究進(jìn)行了概括,并對(duì)本文的選題給予說(shuō)明；其次針對(duì)可持續(xù)旅游發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵、目標(biāo)等指出社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展與可持續(xù)旅游發(fā)展之間相輔相成的關(guān)系。后者是前者的理論基礎(chǔ),前者是實(shí)現(xiàn)后者的有效途徑；在這一部分的最后,較系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了有關(guān)社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的理論研究,并詳細(xì)地闡述了社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展對(duì)社區(qū)居民、旅游者及社區(qū)發(fā)展的實(shí)際意義。二、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查部分。通過(guò)分析當(dāng)前社區(qū)居民對(duì)本地旅游發(fā)展的感知和對(duì)參與旅游發(fā)展的態(tài)度,總結(jié)其參與現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)居民在參與旅游中的因素進(jìn)行分析,最后針對(duì)此現(xiàn)狀提出促進(jìn)社區(qū)居民參與旅游的對(duì)策建議,以期能為婺源旅游業(yè)發(fā)展提供示范和依據(jù)。三、小結(jié)與問(wèn)題探討。以前兩部分的研究為基礎(chǔ),試圖構(gòu)建婺源社區(qū)參與旅游發(fā)展的模式,并提出本文努力的方向。 本文通過(guò)大量的訪談及問(wèn)卷、實(shí)地踏勘,對(duì)婺源縣旅游的社區(qū)參與機(jī)制及婺源旅游發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行了深入的研究和分析,從而探索出一條符合婺源旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的社區(qū)參與模式,并期望該模式能對(duì)江西省乃至全國(guó)的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展盡到微薄之力,同時(shí)也希望本文能夠?qū)ΡＷo(hù)旅游景區(qū)的旅游資源,加快旅游景區(qū)社區(qū)居民脫貧致富起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Since the second World War, tourism has been developing rapidly all over the world. The practice has proved that the development of tourism has a very important practical significance for the tourism community. Governments also attach great importance to the development of tourism. In China, tourism is regarded as an important industry to promote the development of regional society and regional economy. Since 21th century, in Jiangxi Province vigorously develop "red, green, ancient color" tourism background, known as "the most beautiful country in China" Wuyuan County tourism industry development has also made proud achievements. With the development of tourism, Wuyuan County tourism related industries also prosperity, can be said. Tourism has a great impact on the industrial structure and economic development mode of Wuyuan County. However, due to the initial development of tourism in Wuyuan County, there is a little blindness. Most of the tourism resources in Wuyuan County were hastily started without scientific planning and argumentation from the professionals, which resulted in the excellent tourism resources in Wuyuan County did not bring into play the greatest social, economic and ecological benefits. The development of tourism in Wuyuan County is still far from entering the road of sustainable development, which greatly hinders the development of tourism in Wuyuan County, mainly in the following aspects: insufficient community participation and imperfect infrastructure. The quality of supporting services is not high, the destructive development of ancient villages and so on. Among them, the tourism area community residents to participate in the development of tourism is the most prominent problem, therefore, in order to alleviate the contradiction between residents and developers and the government. And put forward a set of community participation tourism development model in accordance with the actual situation of Wuyuan, it is very necessary to do a thorough and comprehensive investigation and understanding of all aspects of Wuyuan scenic area. The research content of this paper is divided into three parts. First, the basic theory part. Firstly, this part summarizes the research on community participation in tourism development at home and abroad, and explains the topic of this paper. Secondly, aiming at the connotation and goal of sustainable tourism development, the author points out the complementary relationship between community participation in tourism development and sustainable tourism development. The latter is the theoretical basis of the former and the former is an effective way to realize the latter. At the end of this part, the author systematically summarizes the theoretical research on community participation in tourism development, and expounds in detail the practical significance of community participation in tourism development to community residents, tourists and community development. Part of the questionnaire. Through the analysis of the current community residents' perception of local tourism development and attitude to the participation in tourism development, summed up their participation in the status quo, and analyzed the residents in the participation in tourism factors. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote community residents to participate in tourism, in order to provide demonstration and basis for the development of tourism in Wuyuan. Third, summary and discussion of problems. The previous two parts of the study as the basis. This paper tries to construct the model of Wuyuan community participating in tourism development, and puts forward the direction of this paper. This article through a large number of interviews and questionnaires, field survey, Wuyuan County tourism community participation mechanism and Wuyuan tourism development model for in-depth research and analysis. In order to explore a model of community participation in line with the development of tourism in Wuyuan, and expect this model to the tourism development of Jiangxi Province and even the whole country to do a meager contribution. At the same time, I hope this paper can promote the protection of tourism resources and speed up the poverty alleviation of community residents.
