【摘要】:2010年中國(guó)散客市場(chǎng)份額上升到了70%,占據(jù)絕對(duì)市場(chǎng)主體地位面對(duì)散客市場(chǎng)對(duì)旅游信息服務(wù)在數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上的高要求,現(xiàn)有公共信息服務(wù)體系已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足散客的需求,這在一定程度上影響了旅游者滿意度的提升,也制約了中國(guó)旅游業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)而信息通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展為公共旅游信息服務(wù)水平的提升提供了基礎(chǔ)支撐,旅游業(yè)與信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的融合發(fā)展也不斷展現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)大的生命力智慧城市作為信息通訊技術(shù)與城市管理服務(wù)結(jié)合的新方向,倡導(dǎo)以人為本的科學(xué)發(fā)展理念,這與以旅游者需求為核心構(gòu)建公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系的思路一致;為基于智慧城市發(fā)展公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系提供了契機(jī)因此,在智慧城市的框架下研究公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐操作性另一方面,現(xiàn)有關(guān)于公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系和智慧城市的研究還比較零散不夠全面系統(tǒng),落后于實(shí)踐本研究在梳理文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從全局出發(fā),提出一種系統(tǒng)化整合的思想,拋磚引玉,為后續(xù)研究指出一個(gè)方向,,具有理論創(chuàng)新意義 本研究從城市公共旅游信息服務(wù)的需求背景出發(fā),借鑒新公共服務(wù)理論顧客感知價(jià)值理論和信息服務(wù)基礎(chǔ)理論,結(jié)合前人研究成果,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析問(wèn)卷調(diào)查專(zhuān)家訪談案例分析等方法,從公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系的載體——公共旅游信息服務(wù)網(wǎng)站旅游集散中心旅游咨詢服務(wù)中心(站)旅游呼叫中心和公共旅游信息觸控終端設(shè)備五個(gè)層面入手,詳細(xì)分析公共旅游信息服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀和問(wèn)題,并總結(jié)出一些共性的弊端和不足,對(duì)公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行定性分析結(jié)合調(diào)查問(wèn)卷結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證本文對(duì)當(dāng)前公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系中存在問(wèn)題的分析,找出游客對(duì)于公共旅游信息服務(wù)的訴求在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合智慧城市建設(shè)為公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建提供的系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理方面的基礎(chǔ)性支撐,研究提出了構(gòu)建在智慧城市背景下的構(gòu)建公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系的思路,包括體系構(gòu)架特征服務(wù)媒介與方式運(yùn)營(yíng)模式管理機(jī)制等方面內(nèi)容而后,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)一些智慧城市在公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系方面的做法進(jìn)行評(píng)判,來(lái)對(duì)本文構(gòu)建的面向智慧城市的公共旅游信息服務(wù)體系進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,指出其存在的具體問(wèn)題與不足,給出了針對(duì)性建議和對(duì)策
