【摘要】:由高鐵發(fā)展的背景入手,在已有研究文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的概念、特征、判別方法。進(jìn)一步,從高鐵促進(jìn)沿線經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)要素及經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)集聚、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化等方面,分析了高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的特征及形成機(jī)制。在實(shí)證分析方面,借助ArcGIS10.2軟件,分析了我國(guó)主要高鐵線路與沿線區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的空間關(guān)系,并運(yùn)用人口集聚模型等對(duì)各高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的特征進(jìn)行了比較分析?紤]到我國(guó)高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)尚處在“雛形期”,因此,重點(diǎn)對(duì)6個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件較好的高鐵沿線區(qū)域能否形成高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶進(jìn)行了探討。本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下:高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的定義、特征、判別方法。本文認(rèn)為高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶是以高鐵為主軸、以其他交通方式為輔,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)、人口密集、要素流動(dòng)需求巨大的區(qū)域內(nèi),連接兩個(gè)以上終端大城市、連接眾多中型以上城鎮(zhèn)作腹地的開放有序的地理空間單元。其總體發(fā)展水平較高,經(jīng)濟(jì)帶要素及經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)相對(duì)密集,內(nèi)部聯(lián)系緊密、一體化程度較高。判別方面主要利用ArcGIS等空間分析技術(shù)對(duì)其空間分布特征及邊界進(jìn)行分析。高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶形成機(jī)制。高鐵開通提升了區(qū)域可達(dá)性,降低了運(yùn)輸成本約束,擴(kuò)大了市場(chǎng)區(qū)邊界,從而增大各種經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的流動(dòng)頻率和范圍,最終促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)。高鐵開通促進(jìn)了人流、物流、資金流、技術(shù)流、信息流等經(jīng)濟(jì)流量的移動(dòng)和集聚,一些對(duì)交通區(qū)位敏感的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)也會(huì)隨之向高鐵沿線集中。高鐵促進(jìn)了沿線區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化,主要表現(xiàn)為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和區(qū)域合作等方面。京滬高鐵、滬漢蓉高鐵沿線區(qū)域最有可能形成人口經(jīng)濟(jì)密集的高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶,京廣、哈大、貴廣、南廣高鐵沿線區(qū)域存在不確定性。京滬高鐵、滬漢蓉高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平較高,人口、資本、技術(shù)、信息密集,并且人口有持續(xù)的集聚趨勢(shì)。相比而言,京廣線人均收入偏低,哈大高鐵沿線人口流出嚴(yán)重,貴廣、南廣沿線多山地少平原。目前看來最有可能形成高鐵經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的是京滬高鐵和滬漢蓉高鐵沿線區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:Starting from the background of high-speed rail development and on the basis of existing research literature, this paper analyzes the concept, characteristics and discriminating methods of high-speed rail economic belt. Further, it promotes economic growth, economic factors and economic activity agglomeration along the route from high-speed rail. In the aspect of regional economic integration, this paper analyzes the characteristics and formation mechanism of high-speed railway economic belt. In the aspect of empirical analysis, it makes use of ArcGIS10.2 software. The spatial relationship between the main high-speed railway lines and the regional economic growth and economic factors is analyzed. The characteristics of each high-speed railway economic belt are compared and analyzed by means of population agglomeration model. Considering that the construction of high-speed railway economic belt in China is still in its embryonic stage, therefore. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the definition and characteristics of high-speed rail economic belt. This paper holds that the economic belt of high-speed rail is based on high-speed rail, supplemented by other modes of transportation, connecting two or more terminal big cities in areas with developed economy, dense population and huge demand for factor flow. An open and orderly geographical spatial unit connecting many medium-sized cities and towns as hinterland. Its overall development level is relatively high, the economic belt elements and economic activities are relatively dense, and the internal links are close. The degree of integration is relatively high. In the aspect of discrimination, the spatial distribution characteristics and boundaries are mainly analyzed by means of ArcGIS and other spatial analysis techniques. The formation mechanism of the economic belt of high-speed rail and the opening of high-speed rail improve the regional accessibility. Reduce the transportation cost constraints, expand the market area border, thereby increasing the flow frequency and scope of various economic elements, and ultimately promote the growth of regional economy. The opening of high-speed rail to promote the flow of people, logistics, capital flow. With the movement and agglomeration of economic flow, such as technology flow and information flow, some economic activities that are sensitive to traffic location will also be concentrated along the high-speed rail line, which promotes the regional economic integration along the high-speed rail line. The main performance is to promote economic ties, industrial transfer and regional cooperation. Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, Shanghai-Han-Rong high-speed rail along the region is most likely to form a densely populated high-speed rail economic zone, Beijing-Guangzhou, Harbin, Guang. There is uncertainty in the areas along the southern Guangzhou high-speed railway. The economic development level of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail, Huhan-Hanrong high-speed railway is relatively high, population, capital, technology, information is dense, and the population has a sustained trend of agglomeration. The average per capita income of the Beijing-Guangzhou line is low, and the population along the high-speed rail line of Harbin and Dalian has a serious outflow, while the area along the railway line is more mountainous and less plain. At present, it seems that the most likely economic belt for high-speed rail is the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail and the Huhan-Rong high-speed rail line.
