【摘要】：中國是當今世界上焦炭的第一生產大國、第一消費大國和第一出口大國,目前中國的焦炭產量占全球產量一半以上,出口量占全球貿易量近六成。天津港,作為中國北方第一位、世界第五位的世界級大港,是中國焦炭出口的最大港口,擁有世界上規(guī)模最大的現代化焦炭專業(yè)碼頭,經過二十多年的經營,企業(yè)規(guī)模和經濟效益有了突破性的發(fā)展。 從2008年世界次貸危機開始,國內外焦炭市場的需求持續(xù)低迷,焦炭出口量幾乎跌到了谷底,而環(huán)渤海各港口紛紛加大產能建設,競相提升港口功能與等級,與天津港形成了強有力的競爭態(tài)勢。2013年,國家取消了焦炭出口關稅和配額的限制,焦炭的外貿出口出現了一定增長；但在內貿方面,由于國內鋼市運行疲軟,焦炭社會庫存量高,成交量一直低迷,港口吞吐量無明顯好轉。本課題針對港口行業(yè)特點,對天津港內貿出口焦炭業(yè)務的發(fā)展環(huán)境進行了系統(tǒng)分析,對其優(yōu)勢與劣勢、機會與威脅進行明確,對焦炭客戶進行了層次分析,通過建立優(yōu)惠政策、拓展客戶服務、加強相關合作、開發(fā)市場領域等相關對策措施,積極主動地開發(fā)客戶、維系客戶,實現港口和客戶利益的最大化。研究結論對天津港焦炭及其他相應貨類的市場開發(fā)、業(yè)務發(fā)展具有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:China is the world's largest producer of coke, the first largest consumer and the first export country. At present, China's coke production accounts for more than half of the global output, and the export volume accounts for nearly 60% of the global trade volume. Tianjin Port. As the first world-class port in the north of china and 5th in the world, it is the largest port for coke export in china. It has the largest modern professional coke wharf in the world and has been operated for more than 20 years. The scale of the enterprise and economic benefits have made a breakthrough development. Since 2008, the world sub-prime crisis began, the domestic and foreign coke market demand continued to be depressed, coke exports almost fell to the bottom, and the Bohai Bay ports have increased production capacity construction. In 2013, the country abolished the restrictions of coke export tariffs and quotas, and the export of coke increased to a certain extent. However, in domestic trade, due to the weak operation of domestic steel market, high coke stock, low turnover, no obvious improvement of port throughput. This topic is aimed at the characteristics of port industry. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the development environment of coke business in Tianjin Port's domestic trade export, clarifies its advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, and makes a hierarchical analysis of coke customers, and establishes preferential policies. Expand customer service, strengthen related cooperation, develop market and other relevant countermeasures, actively develop customers, maintain customers. The conclusion of the study has a certain guiding significance for the market development of coke and other corresponding goods in Tianjin Port.
