【摘要】：本文針對開灤鐵路運輸公司內(nèi)部物流資源量萎縮而出現(xiàn)的企業(yè)效益不斷下滑的情況,通過對開灤鐵路運輸公司拓展第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行SWOT分析,綜合運用現(xiàn)代物流管理理論,提出了開灤鐵路運輸公司拓展第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)的商業(yè)運作模式及推進(jìn)方式,并結(jié)合開灤鐵路運輸公司發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,研究設(shè)計了拓展第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)的保障措施,以期對開灤鐵路運輸公司由“企業(yè)物流”向“物流企業(yè)”轉(zhuǎn)變有所幫助。本文首先根據(jù)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者和企業(yè)界實際工作者對第三方物流的研究和論述,結(jié)合開灤鐵路運輸公司實際,確定開灤鐵路運輸分公司的第三方物流拓展研究內(nèi)容框架。其次,介紹了開灤鐵路運輸公司的基本情況,包括歷史沿革、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、員工隊伍、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀,分析了公司拓展第三方物流的優(yōu)勢和機(jī)會,同時也提出了面臨的劣勢和威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出鐵路運輸企業(yè)拓展第三方物流的切入點。再次,結(jié)合企業(yè)實際,提出了鐵路運輸企業(yè)如何培育新的物流商業(yè)運作模式,即物流服務(wù)延伸模式、定制式物流服務(wù)模式、戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟式物流服務(wù)模式、項目物流服務(wù)模式和物流連鎖經(jīng)營模式。最后,針對開灤鐵路運輸公司如何落實推進(jìn)物流商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新提出了保障措施和建議。本文的研究,對鐵路運輸企業(yè),特別是以企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流起家的鐵路運輸企業(yè)如何拓展第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模有很大的幫助,對通過第三方物流的拓展提高企業(yè)核心競爭力、促進(jìn)本企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有較強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the internal logistics resources of Kailuan railway transportation company and the shrinking volume of enterprise benefit declining situation, through SWOT analysis of Kailuan railway company to expand the business of third party logistics, the integrated use of modern logistics management theory, put forward the commercial operation mode of Kailuan railway transport companies to expand third party logistics business and the way forward, and combined with the history and current situation of the development of Kailuan railway transportation company, the research and design of the security measures to develop the third party logistics business, in order to help change the Kailuan railway company by "logistics" to "logistics". Firstly, according to the research and discussion of the third party logistics by the practical workers from home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of Kailuan railway transport company, the content framework of the third party logistics expansion of Kailuan railway transportation branch is determined. Secondly, it introduces the basic situation of Kailuan railway transportation company, including the history, organization structure, staff team, production and operation status, analyzes the advantages and opportunities of the third party logistics, and puts forward the disadvantages and threats. On this basis, the paper puts forward the breakthrough point for the railway transportation enterprises to expand the third party logistics. Thirdly, combined with the reality of enterprises, this paper puts forward how to cultivate new mode of logistics business operation for railway transport enterprises, namely logistics service extension mode, customized logistics service mode, strategic alliance logistics service mode, project logistics service mode and logistics chain operation mode. Finally, it puts forward the guarantee measures and suggestions on how Kailuan railway transportation company implements the innovation of promoting the logistics business model. In this paper, the railway transportation enterprises, especially how to develop the third party logistics service in railway transport enterprises to the enterprise logistics started the scale is of great help to expand by third party logistics to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, has a strong guiding significance to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
