【摘要】：隨著城市建設(shè)的不斷發(fā)展,市政工程項(xiàng)目的數(shù)量不斷增加,規(guī)模也不斷擴(kuò)大,將項(xiàng)目管群管理理論應(yīng)用到市政工程中成為市政工程管理的趨勢(shì)。為此,本研究擬在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)項(xiàng)目群管理模式在市政工程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。本研究在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目群管理和市政工程管理研究現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,首先根據(jù)項(xiàng)目群和項(xiàng)目群管理的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn),以及市政工程的特點(diǎn)、管理現(xiàn)狀等內(nèi)容分析了項(xiàng)目群管理在市政工程中實(shí)施的可行性和必要性。然后根據(jù)市政工程現(xiàn)有的組織模式,詳細(xì)介紹了市政工程項(xiàng)目群管理的實(shí)施步驟、組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、資源調(diào)度以及在管理時(shí)應(yīng)注意的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究以天津某市政工程為例,從施工方案、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和資源配置這三個(gè)方面對(duì)多項(xiàng)目管理在其中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析,并通過與單項(xiàng)目管理結(jié)果的對(duì)比對(duì)其實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。最后對(duì)本研究的結(jié)論和需進(jìn)一步研究的方向進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望。本論文研究結(jié)果表明在市政工程中實(shí)施項(xiàng)目群管理模式是可行的,并且可取得良好的效果,與單項(xiàng)目管理模式相比大大提高了資源的利用率,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了成本的節(jié)約。本研究進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)在市政工程項(xiàng)目群管理中應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注項(xiàng)目之間的協(xié)調(diào)問題、職能部門之間的協(xié)作問題、職能部門與項(xiàng)目部門之間的協(xié)作問題以及項(xiàng)目之間的資源配置問題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of urban construction, the number and scale of municipal engineering projects are increasing, and the application of project management theory to municipal engineering has become the trend of municipal engineering management. Therefore, based on the previous research results, the application of project group management model in municipal engineering is studied. Based on the summarization and analysis of the research status of project group management and municipal engineering management at home and abroad, this study firstly analyzes the connotation and characteristics of project group and project group management, as well as the characteristics of municipal engineering. This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of implementing project group management in municipal engineering. Then, according to the existing organization mode of municipal engineering, the implementation steps, organizational structure design, resource scheduling and problems should be paid attention to in the management of municipal engineering project group are introduced in detail. On this basis, taking a municipal engineering in Tianjin as an example, this paper analyzes the application of multi-project management in the construction scheme, organizational structure and resource allocation. And through the comparison with the single project management results, the effect of its implementation is summarized. Finally, the conclusion of this study and the direction of further research are summarized and prospected. The results of this paper show that it is feasible to implement the project group management mode in municipal engineering, and it can achieve good results. Compared with the single project management mode, the utilization rate of resources is greatly improved and the cost is saved. This study further emphasizes that in the management of municipal engineering project group, we should pay more attention to the coordination among projects, the coordination between functional departments, the collaboration between functional departments and project departments, and the allocation of resources among projects.
