【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)控制是規(guī)劃管理的重要內(nèi)容,對(duì)好的城市形態(tài)的追求是控制目標(biāo)。因而,如何理解好的城市形態(tài)是設(shè)計(jì)控制的基礎(chǔ)。從城市空間外部特征來(lái)看,結(jié)構(gòu)與脈絡(luò)反映了城市形態(tài)基本的網(wǎng)狀與線性特征,對(duì)于研究城市形態(tài)具有重要的意義。因此,從設(shè)計(jì)控制角度出發(fā),重點(diǎn)分析結(jié)構(gòu)與脈絡(luò)的內(nèi)涵、層次、形態(tài)等特點(diǎn)。認(rèn)為設(shè)計(jì)控制的目標(biāo)應(yīng)當(dāng)超越一般意義上公共利益,對(duì)"目標(biāo)的目標(biāo)——好的城市形態(tài)"的追求才是其根本。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步區(qū)分了設(shè)計(jì)控制的工具目標(biāo)與價(jià)值目標(biāo),即:工具目標(biāo)——作為規(guī)劃管理過(guò)程對(duì)一般意義上的"公共利益"的追求;價(jià)值目標(biāo)——建立在好的城市形態(tài)理解上的對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)控制本身目的的追求。
[Abstract]:Design control is an important content of planning management, and the pursuit of good urban form is the control goal. Therefore, how to understand the good urban form is the basis of design control. From the external characteristics of urban space, the structure and context reflect the basic network and linear characteristics of urban form, which is of great significance for the study of urban form. Therefore, from the point of view of design control, the characteristics of structure and choroid are analyzed. It is believed that the goal of design control should transcend the general public interest, and the pursuit of "goal of goal-good urban form" is the fundamental. On this basis, the paper further distinguishes the tool goal and the value goal of the design control, namely: the tool goal-the pursuit of the "public interest" in the general sense as the planning management process; Value goal-the pursuit of design control itself based on a good understanding of urban form.
