某高層建筑結構設計及優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:一體化計算機程序在建筑結構設計中的應用帶來了利弊雙重結果。有利方面是一體化計算程序?qū)⒔Y構原理、規(guī)范要求、算法過程都隱藏于程序之中,使結構設計的門檻變低,設計效率大幅度提高,計算精度也更為精確;其不利方面正是因為計算程序的方便,結構原理概念的重要性被忽略,反而使得整體設計水平降低,結構優(yōu)化意識不夠強,只是一味地追求滿足規(guī)范要求。對規(guī)范生搬硬套,對其中概念模糊,對結構簡化計算模型不理解,缺乏手算能力,對程度計算結果沒有更深入判斷的能力,這些問題在設計人員中比比皆是,其根本原因是結構概念不清晰。本文要探討的是概念設計優(yōu)化方法在高層建筑結構設計中的應用,本文的主要工作包括:1、理論分析。分析高層建筑結構的設計特點及結構設計面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、結構優(yōu)化的控制性指標及各指標之間的關系,闡述結構優(yōu)化的基本理論、概念性簡化估算方法。通過本階段,主要目的是要樹立結構概念優(yōu)化的基本理論框架,并形成優(yōu)化方法的指導性思路。2、案例分析。以某高層建筑為例,經(jīng)過結構平面布置優(yōu)化、結構構成及構件截面尺寸優(yōu)化之后,可節(jié)省混凝土材料450m3(3.4%),可節(jié)省鋼筋706.5噸(33.6%),大約節(jié)省材料費366萬(25.3%)。本階段主要目的是更具體地表達概念優(yōu)化方法在工程中的應用,并印證其有效性。
[Abstract]:The application of integrated computer program in the design of building structure has brought about both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages are that the integrated calculation program hides the structural principle, specification requirements and algorithm process in the program, which makes the threshold of structural design lower, the design efficiency greatly improved, and the calculation accuracy more accurate. Because of the convenience of the calculation program, the importance of the concept of structure principle is ignored, which makes the overall design level lower and the consciousness of structural optimization not strong enough. These problems are common among designers, such as applying rigid rules, vague concepts, lack of understanding of simplified calculation models of structures, lack of manual computing ability, and lack of ability to judge the results of degree calculation in depth. The fundamental reason is that the concept of structure is not clear. This paper discusses the application of conceptual design optimization method in the structural design of high-rise buildings. The main work of this paper includes: 1, theoretical analysis. This paper analyzes the design characteristics of high-rise building structures and the challenges they face in structural design, the controlling indexes of structural optimization and the relationships among them, and expounds the basic theory of structural optimization and the conceptual simplified estimation method. Through this stage, the main purpose is to set up the basic theoretical framework of structural conceptual optimization, and form the guiding thinking of optimization method. Taking a high-rise building as an example, after the optimization of the layout of the structure, the structure composition and the section size of the members, the concrete material 450 m ~ 3 ~ (3) ~ 3 ~ (4) can be saved, the steel bar can be saved 706.5 tons ~ 33.6%, and the material cost is about 3.66 million ~ 25. 3%. The main purpose of this stage is to express more concretely the application of conceptual optimization method in engineering and to verify its validity.
