石膏基雙殼微納米相變膠囊復(fù)合材料制備及調(diào)溫調(diào)濕性能研究

【摘要】:采用細(xì)乳液界面聚合法制備雙殼微納米相變膠囊。以建筑石膏作為基體材料,將雙殼微納米相變膠囊摻入石膏基體材料中,制備石膏基雙殼微納米相變膠囊復(fù)合材料。對其進行吸放濕試驗測試分析、儲放熱試驗測試分析和耐久性測試分析。利用電子掃描顯微鏡和差示掃描量熱儀研究其表觀形貌、熱性能。結(jié)果表明:雙殼微納米相變膠囊已經(jīng)達到微納米共存的效果,可以有效填充在石膏基材料的細(xì)小孔隙中。當(dāng)雙殼微納米相變膠囊摻量為30%時,石膏基雙殼微納米相變膠囊復(fù)合材料具有顯著的吸放濕效果和儲放熱效果。石膏基雙殼微納米相變膠囊復(fù)合材料具有良好的耐久性。
[Abstract]:Double-shell micro-nano phase change capsules were prepared by interfacial polymerization of fine emulsion. Using building gypsum as the matrix material, the double shell micronano phase change capsule was mixed into the gypsum matrix material to prepare the gypsum based micronano phase change capsule composite. The moisture absorption test, heat storage test and durability test were carried out. The morphologies and thermal properties of ESM and DSC were studied by means of electron scanning microscope and differential scanning calorimeter. The results show that the double shell micronano phase change capsules have achieved the effect of coexistence of micro and nano particles and can be effectively filled in the fine pores of gypsum based materials. When the content of double shell micronano phase change capsule is 30%, the gypsum based double shell micro and nano phase change capsule composite has remarkable effect of moisture absorption and heat release. Gypsum-based double-shell micro-nano-phase change capsule composites have good durability.
