【摘要】：為了探究干混抹灰砂漿的干燥收縮特性,以干燥起始時間為參數(shù),通過實驗研究分析了干燥過程中的水分損失規(guī)律及其與干燥收縮之間的關(guān)系,同時通過圓環(huán)約束試驗評定砂漿的開裂性能,考察了不同干燥起始時間對干混抹灰砂漿抗裂性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:不同干燥起始時間會影響干混抹灰砂漿的干燥收縮發(fā)展及水分損失過程,干燥早期階段單位質(zhì)量水分損失所引起的干燥收縮較小,后期階段較大。圓環(huán)試件開裂時的單位當(dāng)量應(yīng)力基本相同,與干燥起始時間無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the drying shrinkage characteristics of dry-mixed plastering mortar, the law of water loss and the relationship between the drying shrinkage and the drying shrinkage were studied by means of experiments, taking the drying start time as the parameter. At the same time, the crack resistance of mortar was evaluated by ring confinement test, and the effect of drying time on crack resistance of dry plastering mortar was investigated. The results show that the drying shrinkage and moisture loss of dry plastering mortar are affected by different drying onset time. The drying shrinkage caused by moisture loss per unit mass in the early stage of drying is smaller than that in the later stage. The unit equivalent stress of the annular specimen is basically the same when it is cracked, and it has nothing to do with the starting time of drying.
