【摘要】：針對(duì)城市管網(wǎng)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)中僅考慮初始投資而沒(méi)有考慮運(yùn)行過(guò)程中維修管理成本的問(wèn)題,提出了基于全壽命周期成本(LCC)的管網(wǎng)優(yōu)化模型和計(jì)算方法。通過(guò)對(duì)管網(wǎng)建造成本及運(yùn)行階段維修管理成本的定量分析,建立了以全壽命周期總費(fèi)用最低為目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化模型,并利用PSO算法對(duì)管徑進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)實(shí)例分析,分別得到兩種常用管材的最優(yōu)管徑,并基于壽命周期成本對(duì)比分析為管網(wǎng)設(shè)計(jì)階段的方案選擇和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the traditional optimization design of urban pipeline network only considers the initial investment but not the maintenance management cost in the operation process, the optimization model and calculation method of the pipeline network based on LCC-based life-cycle cost are put forward. Based on the quantitative analysis of the construction cost and maintenance management cost of the pipeline network, the optimization model with the lowest total cost of the whole life cycle is established, and the optimization design of the pipe diameter is carried out by using the PSO algorithm. The optimal diameter of two kinds of commonly used pipes is obtained by the analysis of examples, and the comparison analysis based on the life cycle cost provides the basis for the scheme selection and optimization design of the pipe network design stage.
