【摘要】：城市是一個(gè)包羅萬象的綜合體,武漢城市歷史悠久,地理?xiàng)l件優(yōu)越,長江與漢水在武漢交匯,形成“三鎮(zhèn)鼎立”的歷史格局。作為近代“洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)”和“辛亥革命”的發(fā)源地,武漢幾度發(fā)展成為全國的政治中心,是中國近現(xiàn)代史上重要的水陸空交通樞紐。因此,針對武漢的城市研究很有價(jià)值。本文的研究主題為近代以來武漢城市規(guī)劃管理歷程,其主要內(nèi)容涉及到武漢近現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃管理的空間發(fā)展歷程、管理機(jī)構(gòu)、管理特征,以及對近現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃管理造成的影響。本文重點(diǎn)關(guān)注近代以來武漢城市規(guī)劃管理的演變和不同時(shí)期規(guī)劃管理在編制、審批、監(jiān)督等角度的典型發(fā)展特征,歸納其發(fā)展規(guī)律,為武漢市城市規(guī)劃管理提出發(fā)展思路和策略。論文的第一部分為緒論及相關(guān)研究綜述部分,包含一二章。主要對文章的研究對象進(jìn)行界定,確定研究的時(shí)間范圍為自1861年漢口開埠至今,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究狀況,闡明研究主要內(nèi)容。第二部分為歷史歷程梳理,包含三四五六章。根據(jù)對近代以來武漢市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展特點(diǎn),劃分為四個(gè)階段,在回顧武漢乃至中國近現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃歷史軌跡基礎(chǔ)上,以時(shí)間為維度對武漢市城市發(fā)展歷程、管理機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié),并提煉出對應(yīng)時(shí)期城市規(guī)劃管理的特征。第三部分為總結(jié)建議,包含第七章。基于武漢市近現(xiàn)代城市規(guī)劃管理歷程的回顧,對新時(shí)期武漢城市規(guī)劃管理提出對策和建議。意在從體制建構(gòu)、思路擴(kuò)展和技術(shù)支撐角度,提出新時(shí)期武漢市城市規(guī)劃管理對策。
[Abstract]:City is an all-encompassing complex, Wuhan city has a long history and superior geographical conditions, the Yangtze River and Hanshui meet in Wuhan, forming the "three towns" historical pattern. As the birthplace of "Westernization Movement" and "1911 Revolution" in modern times, Wuhan has developed into the political center of the whole country several times and is an important land, land and air transportation hub in the modern history of China. Therefore, the study of Wuhan city is very valuable. The research theme of this paper is the history of Wuhan urban planning management since modern times, and its main content involves the spatial development course, management organization, management characteristics of Wuhan modern urban planning management. And the modern urban planning and management of the impact. This paper focuses on the evolution of urban planning management in Wuhan since modern times and the typical development characteristics of planning management in different periods in terms of compilation, examination and approval, supervision, etc. Put forward the development thought and strategy for Wuhan city planning management. The first part of the paper is the introduction and related research review, including one or two chapters. This paper mainly defines the research object and determines the time range of the research from 1861 to the present. The main contents of the study are clarified in combination with the related research situation at home and abroad. The second part is the history of the comb, including three-five-six chapters. According to the characteristics of economic and social development in Wuhan since modern times, it is divided into four stages. On the basis of reviewing the historical track of urban planning in Wuhan and even in modern China, the history of urban development in Wuhan is analyzed in the dimension of time. The management organization combs and summarizes, and refines the corresponding period urban planning management characteristic. The third part is the summary proposal, including the seventh chapter. Based on the review of Wuhan's modern urban planning and management process, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Wuhan's urban planning and management in the new period. From the point of view of system construction, thought expansion and technical support, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of Wuhan city planning and management in the new period.
