馬克思補充性貨幣理論與“中華紅色經(jīng)濟之都”的實踐

【摘要】:人們一般認為,補充性貨幣理論是西方學者提出的,且其實踐也僅限于西方國家。實際上,馬克思早已提出了這個理論,在中國也早已存在補充性貨幣的實踐。馬克思認為,貨幣的出現(xiàn)是以補充性貨幣的原始形態(tài)為基礎(chǔ)的,補充性貨幣廣泛存在于貨幣發(fā)展的過程之中,補充性貨幣可以作為資本運用,補充性貨幣有不同的具體形式,補充性貨幣經(jīng)歷了一個由低級向高級發(fā)展的歷史過程。而"中華紅色經(jīng)濟之都"補充性貨幣的實踐進一步印證了馬克思的理論。"中華紅色經(jīng)濟之都"補充性貨幣的形成與發(fā)展有著當時經(jīng)濟社會的深刻原因。其給予我們的啟示,對當代中國控制經(jīng)濟風險、深入進行金融供給側(cè)改革具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:It is generally believed that the theory of supplementary money is put forward by western scholars, and its practice is limited to western countries. In fact, Marx has put forward this theory for a long time, and the practice of supplementary currency has already existed in China. The appearance of money is based on the original form of supplementary currency, which exists widely in the process of currency development. Supplementary currency can be used as capital, and supplementary currency has different specific forms. Supplementary currency has gone through a historical process from low level to high level, and the practice of supplementary currency in "Red Economic Capital of China" further confirmed Marx's theory. "Red Economic Capital of China" supplementary currency. There were profound reasons for the formation and development of the economy and society at that time. It is of great significance to control economic risk and carry out financial supply-side reform in contemporary China.
