【摘要】：中小企業(yè)作為非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體,在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)型、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的進(jìn)程中,對加快經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、穩(wěn)定國家稅收、增加就業(yè)崗位、加速城鎮(zhèn)化以及推進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等層面發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。然而困擾我國中小企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的融資難問題,卻是中小企業(yè)成長發(fā)展過程中的一個惡性"腫瘤",若不能將之清除,中小企業(yè)將會在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下越走越偏,最終走向沉淪。但隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和移動通訊等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)逐漸與傳統(tǒng)金融相結(jié)合,產(chǎn)生了新生物——互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資激活了民間資本與中小企業(yè)融資需求的有效配比,拓寬了融資渠道,提高了資金的流通、資源的有效配置以及資本市場運(yùn)行效率。本文將闡述互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的優(yōu)勢如何與融資困難實現(xiàn)有效對接,將依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資的成功案例運(yùn)用到中小企業(yè),進(jìn)一步使得中小企業(yè)融資渠道更加多元化,融資過程更加便利化,最后結(jié)合在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)融資過程中可能出現(xiàn)的問題提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:As the mainstay of the non-public sector of the economy, small and medium-sized enterprises, in the process of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading in China, have contributed to accelerating economic growth, stabilizing state taxes, and increasing employment posts. The acceleration of urbanization and the promotion of technological innovation play an irreplaceable role. However, it is difficult to finance the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. But it is a malignant "tumor" in the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. If they cannot be cleared up, small and medium-sized enterprises will become more and more biased against the background of economic globalization and eventually sink. However, with the development of technologies such as the Internet and mobile communications, With the combination of the Internet and traditional finance, a new bio-Internet finance has emerged. Internet financing has activated the effective matching of private capital and the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, widened the financing channels and improved the circulation of funds. The effective allocation of resources and the efficiency of capital market. This paper will explain how the advantages of Internet finance can effectively connect with the financing difficulties, and apply the successful cases of Internet financing to small and medium-sized enterprises. Further make the financing channels of SMEs more diversified, the financing process more convenient, finally combined with the possible problems in the Internet financing process to put forward countermeasures.
