【摘要】：正上市公司質(zhì)量是資本市場(chǎng)的基石,資本市場(chǎng)有史以來(lái)的中外認(rèn)知概莫能外。近代資本市場(chǎng)經(jīng)過(guò)100多年的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,形成了上市公司質(zhì)量的三套保障機(jī)制,即公司治理、看門人機(jī)制和信息披露制度。一般認(rèn)為,這三套機(jī)制保障的核心是上市公司的公共信用,而公共信用無(wú)疑是促進(jìn)資本形成的關(guān)鍵要
[Abstract]:The quality of listed companies is the cornerstone of the capital market. After more than 100 years of development and progress, the modern capital market has formed three sets of guarantee mechanisms for the quality of listed companies, that is, corporate governance. The gatekeeper mechanism and information disclosure system. It is generally believed that the core of these three mechanisms is the public credit of listed companies, and public credit is undoubtedly the key to promote the formation of capital.
