【摘要】：隨著我國改革開放、匯率改革、利率市場化改革和國企、央企改革深化,金融監(jiān)管的日趨嚴格,同時隨著外資銀行的引進、信息技術(shù)發(fā)展導(dǎo)致的新型金融模式、金融脫媒產(chǎn)生等,這些各種因素給我國銀行業(yè)帶來了不同程度的影響。不論是外資銀行進入帶來的行業(yè)外部競爭壓力,還是信息技術(shù)催生的新型金融模式、跨界結(jié)合金融組織帶來的跨行業(yè)競爭壓力、利率市場化壓力帶來的行業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境壓力、監(jiān)管趨嚴的壓力,銀行業(yè)應(yīng)當不斷總結(jié)過去經(jīng)營中遇到的困境,并結(jié)合當前時事發(fā)展,及時制定并調(diào)整戰(zhàn)略方向。在此情況下,研究銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是一個事關(guān)銀行生死存亡的重要問題。本文以A銀行濟南分行為研究對象,運用PEST分析法分析了A銀行濟南分行的宏觀經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境等,并通過SWOT分析法,得出了A銀行濟南分行內(nèi)部情形下的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,以及外部情形下的機會和挑戰(zhàn),為制定其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)A銀行濟南分行的PEST、SOWT分析、總行“轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、跨境發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展”的要求,以及圍繞濟南市十三五規(guī)劃,本研究得出了A銀行濟南分行的七個發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。再圍繞七個發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的要求,提出了具體的實施措施和保障措施,從而為A銀行濟南分行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實施提供了具體可行的方案和保障。
[Abstract]:With China's reform and opening up, exchange rate reform, interest rate marketization reform and state-owned enterprises, the deepening of the reform of central enterprises, the increasingly stringent financial supervision, and the introduction of foreign banks, the development of information technology has led to a new financial model. The emergence of financial disintermediation and so on, these factors have brought different degrees of influence to the banking industry of our country. Whether it is the external competition pressure brought by the entry of foreign banks or the new financial model induced by information technology, Cross-border combined with the pressure of cross-industry competition brought by financial organizations, the pressure of market-oriented interest rates on the operating environment of the industry, and the pressure of tighter supervision, the banking industry should constantly sum up the difficulties encountered in past operations and take into account the current development of current events. In this case, the study of the development strategy of the bank is an important issue related to the survival of the bank. This paper takes Jinan Branch of Bank A as the research object. This paper analyzes the macroeconomic environment and competition environment of Jinan Branch of Bank A by using PEST analysis method, and through SWOT analysis, obtains the advantages and disadvantages in the internal situation, as well as the opportunities and challenges in the external situation of Jinan Branch of Bank A. It provides a theoretical basis for formulating its development strategy. According to the analysis of PEST-SOWT of Jinan Branch of Bank A, the requirements of the head office "Transformation and Development, Cross-border Development, Innovation and Development", and around the 13th Five-Year Plan of Jinan City, In this study, the seven development strategies of Jinan Branch of Bank A are obtained. Then the specific implementation measures and safeguard measures are put forward around the requirements of the seven development strategies. Thus, it provides a concrete and feasible scheme and guarantee for the implementation of the development strategy of Bank A Jinan Branch.
