【摘要】:伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電子商務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)在全世界范圍內(nèi)迅速地普及開來。電子銀行的出現(xiàn)給傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)帶來了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也引發(fā)了一系列未知的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。高度依賴信息技術(shù)的電子銀行與傳統(tǒng)銀行所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)有明顯的不同,這給傳統(tǒng)銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提出了全新的挑戰(zhàn)和要求,商業(yè)銀行必須不斷創(chuàng)新和完善電子銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理內(nèi)容,才能夠及時(shí)有效地應(yīng)對(duì)電子銀行帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn),確保商業(yè)銀行的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。本文正是在電子銀行快速發(fā)展的背景下,以D銀行長春分行為例,探討如何在競爭激烈的金融環(huán)境下,提升我國電子銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平。本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查法、比較分析法等方法進(jìn)行研究分析。開篇重點(diǎn)對(duì)國內(nèi)外電子銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,尤其是國外權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)在電子銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)管制度方面的研究成果,對(duì)本文的分析研究有重要的參考作用。在理論部分,主要對(duì)本文的指導(dǎo)理論,也就是全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理框架進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。同時(shí)分別對(duì)商業(yè)銀行和電子銀行的定義、分類、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀及程序進(jìn)行了簡述,為后文的分析奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。在文章第三部分,重點(diǎn)闡述了本文的研究對(duì)象——D銀行長春分行電子銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)行深入的調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系、組織架構(gòu)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范等方面存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理問題。接下來,在文章的核心部分,從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與評(píng)估、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控三個(gè)方面,針對(duì)D銀行長春分行電子銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面存在的問題,構(gòu)建該行電子銀行的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,以提高其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平。最后,結(jié)合前文的研究和分析,本文從全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制、系統(tǒng)安全建設(shè)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)急體系和內(nèi)外部監(jiān)管等方面出發(fā),為提升我國電子銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平提出了五點(diǎn)對(duì)策建議。希望本文的研究有助于D銀行長春分行電子銀行業(yè)務(wù)的穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,能為提升我國電子銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平提供一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer technology and Internet e-commerce, electronic banking business in the world rapidly spread. The emergence of electronic banking has brought unprecedented development opportunities to the traditional banking industry. At the same time, it also leads to a series of unknown risks. Electronic banking, which is highly dependent on information technology, is obviously different from the traditional banks, which puts forward new challenges and requirements for the risk management of traditional banks. Commercial banks must constantly innovate and improve the risk management content of electronic banks in order to respond to the risks and challenges brought by electronic banks in a timely and effective manner. To ensure the healthy and stable development of commercial banks. This article is in the context of the rapid development of electronic banking, taking Changchun Branch of Bank D as an example, discusses how to in the competitive financial environment. In order to improve the risk management level of electronic banks in China, this paper mainly adopts the literature research method and the investigation method. At the beginning of the paper, the author introduces the current situation of risk management research in electronic banking, especially the research results of foreign authoritative institutions in the risk supervision system of electronic banking. This paper has an important reference for the analysis of the research. In the theoretical part, mainly to guide the theory of this paper. That is, the comprehensive risk management framework is introduced in detail. At the same time, the definition, classification, risk management status and procedures of commercial banks and electronic banks are briefly described. In the third part of the article, the paper focuses on the research object of D Bank Changchun Branch of the current situation of risk management, and in-depth investigation and analysis. Found its risk management system, organizational structure and risk prevention and other aspects of risk management. Next, in the core part of the article, from the risk identification and evaluation, risk response and risk monitoring three aspects. Aiming at the problems in risk management of E-bank in Changchun Branch of Bank D, this paper constructs the risk management system of E-Bank in order to improve its risk management level. Finally, combined with the previous research and analysis. This article starts from the overall risk management consciousness, the risk management mechanism, the system security construction, the risk emergency system and the internal and external supervision and so on. In order to improve the level of electronic banking risk management in China put forward five countermeasures and suggestions. I hope the study of this paper will be helpful to the steady development of E-banking business in Changchun Branch of D Bank. It can help to improve the level of risk management of electronic banking in China.
