【摘要】：有效利用外資并發(fā)揮人力資本優(yōu)勢(shì)、優(yōu)化出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)是我國(guó)對(duì)外開放格局調(diào)整面臨的重要問(wèn)題。基于我國(guó)30個(gè)省1998-2015年的面板數(shù)據(jù),本文利用門檻回歸模型分析外資流入與人力資本對(duì)我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)外資流入在短期中有效促進(jìn)我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),但就長(zhǎng)期而言卻會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)向作用;高技術(shù)人力資本在我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)扮演重要的角色,而人力資本結(jié)構(gòu)的作用并不理想;外資流入與高技術(shù)人力資本結(jié)合對(duì)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生正向作用,我國(guó)人力資本結(jié)構(gòu)與外資結(jié)合適配性良好;對(duì)外開放度門檻效應(yīng)顯著存在,外資流入流量對(duì)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生正向影響的門檻較低,而外資流入存量與人力資本異質(zhì)性對(duì)出口貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)影響的門檻較為嚴(yán)格。所以,在利用外資以及與外資企業(yè)合作方面,我們應(yīng)均衡外資在產(chǎn)業(yè)間的均衡分配,并篩選外資類型與地區(qū)發(fā)展的契合度,拉動(dòng)勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)向資本密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí);我國(guó)應(yīng)該充分認(rèn)清人力資本水平異質(zhì)性結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵作用,加大對(duì)人力資本的投資,提高勞動(dòng)力的技能水平,使得我國(guó)出口貿(mào)易逐步轉(zhuǎn)向依托高技術(shù)人才的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式,促進(jìn)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:The effective use of foreign capital and human capital play advantage, optimize the structure of export trade is an important problem facing the adjustment of China's opening up pattern. The panel data of 30 provinces in China based on 1998-2015, this paper uses threshold regression model analysis of the inflow of foreign capital and the impact of human capital on China's export trade structure, found that the inflow of foreign capital in the short term effective to promote the upgrading of China's export trade structure, but in the long term it will produce negative effects; high technology human capital in China's export trade structure play an important role, and the role of human capital structure is not ideal; the inflow of foreign capital with high technology and human capital have positive effect on the export trade structure of China's human. The foreign capital structure and with good adaptability; the opening degree of significant threshold effect exists, the inflow of foreign capital flow has a positive impact on the export trade structure of the door The threshold is low, and the effect of the inflow of foreign capital stock and human capital heterogeneity on the export trade structure of the threshold is relatively strict. So, in cooperation with foreign enterprises and foreign capital utilization, we should balance the balanced distribution of foreign investment in the industry, and the development of foreign fit screening type and area, pulling the labor-intensive industries to upgrade the capital intensive industry; China should fully understand the level of human capital heterogeneity structure on the key role of the trade structure, to increase the human capital investment, improve labor skills, so that China's export trade gradually rely on innovation and development mode of high-tech talents, promote the upgrading of trade structure.
