【摘要】：歷經(jīng)幾十年的發(fā)展,作為一種集融資和融物于一體的新型籌資方式,融資租賃以其獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì),越來(lái)越受到企業(yè)的青睞,市場(chǎng)滲透率不斷提高。在促進(jìn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,拓寬中小企業(yè)融資渠道,推進(jìn)融資環(huán)境改善等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文從多個(gè)層面梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,由理論與實(shí)踐層面闡述了融資租賃在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要的觀點(diǎn)和趨勢(shì),并針對(duì)當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀發(fā)表了自己的觀點(diǎn),引出了本文研究的重點(diǎn)。自成立至今,三年多以來(lái),C融資租賃公司租賃業(yè)務(wù)取得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模逐年擴(kuò)大,業(yè)績(jī)向好的同時(shí),也面臨諸多亟需正視的問(wèn)題。本文著眼于C融資租賃公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀,從具體的數(shù)據(jù)和案例入手,分析C融資租賃公司租賃業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中存在的融資、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理、租賃模式、租金定價(jià)等方面的問(wèn)題。其次,針對(duì)每一類問(wèn)題,文章從多個(gè)方面深入分析了問(wèn)題成因。最后,在全文細(xì)致分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出解決問(wèn)題的對(duì)策。希望本文的研究能為C融資租賃公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提出一些可行性建議,也希望能夠?yàn)橥瑯I(yè)的發(fā)展提供一些借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:After decades of development, as a new financing method, financing lease is more and more favored by enterprises because of its unique advantages. Market penetration continues to improve. It plays an important role in promoting the development of real economy, widening the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promoting the improvement of financing environment. From the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of financial leasing at home and abroad and the main views and trends, and in view of the current situation of their own views, leading to the focus of this study. In the past three years, the leasing business of financial leasing company has made great progress, the scale of business has been expanded year by year, and the performance has been improving at the same time. This paper focuses on the business development of C financial leasing company, combined with the current situation, starting with specific data and cases, analyzes the financing existing in the development of C financial leasing company. Risk management, rental model, rental pricing and other issues. Secondly, in view of each type of problems, the article from a number of in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem. Finally, on the basis of detailed analysis of the full text. It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some feasible suggestions for the business development of C financial leasing company, and also provide some reference experience for the development of the same industry.
