【摘要】：我們將一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)定義為在一定時(shí)間期限內(nèi)某一單個(gè)商品或各類商品在該國(guó)或該地區(qū)對(duì)外貿(mào)易中的重要程度。出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)不僅能夠反映一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平，還決定了該國(guó)家或地區(qū)在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中的地位。近年來，河北省已形成了全方位多元化的出口市場(chǎng)格局，出口貿(mào)易規(guī)模持續(xù)高速增長(zhǎng),但是河北省出口增長(zhǎng)仍主要依靠鋼材和一些勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品出口來帶動(dòng)。以高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品為代表的資本和技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)品出口還未成為拉動(dòng)河北省出口增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿�，出口增長(zhǎng)后勁不足，因此，河北省的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)亟待優(yōu)化，探求促進(jìn)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的途徑十分必要。加快河北省金融業(yè)的發(fā)展，大力發(fā)揮金融系統(tǒng)資源配置的功能，從而使得河北省在資本和技術(shù)方面形成比較優(yōu)勢(shì)，是實(shí)現(xiàn)河北省的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的重要可行性途徑。 對(duì)于金融發(fā)展與出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化關(guān)系的研究，在一定程度上填補(bǔ)了金融因素在國(guó)內(nèi)出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化研究中的理論空白。近年來，先理論分析后實(shí)證分析的研究方法在學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域得到較為廣泛的應(yīng)用。在金融發(fā)展與出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化關(guān)系理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，選取金融相關(guān)比率作為金融規(guī)模指標(biāo)、金融機(jī)構(gòu)貸款的期限結(jié)構(gòu)作為金融結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)和工業(yè)制成品出口額/出口總額、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口額/工業(yè)制成品出口總額兩個(gè)出口結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究，得出金融規(guī)模與金融結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)代表出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的工業(yè)制成品出口額/出口總額、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口額/工業(yè)制成品出口總額皆有正向影響，且金融規(guī)模與金融結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)工業(yè)制成品出口額/出口總額的影響較對(duì)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口額/工業(yè)制成品出口總額的影響較小，尤其是金融結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口額/工業(yè)制成品出口總額的影響更為顯著的結(jié)論。最后根據(jù)模型的結(jié)果，，從金融支持角度提出了促進(jìn)河北省出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:We define the export commodity structure of a country or region as the importance of a single commodity or a variety of commodities in the foreign trade of that country or region within a certain period of time. The structure of export commodities not only reflects the level of economic development of a country or region, but also determines the position of that country or region in international trade. In recent years, Hebei Province has formed a comprehensive and diversified export market pattern, export trade scale continues to grow at a high speed, but Hebei's export growth still mainly depends on the export of steel and some labor-intensive products to promote. The export of capital and technology-intensive products, represented by high and new technology products, has not become the main driving force for Hebei's export growth, and the export growth is not strong enough. Therefore, the structure of Hebei's export commodities needs to be optimized urgently. It is necessary to explore ways to optimize the structure of export commodities. It is an important feasible way to optimize the structure of export commodities of Hebei province by speeding up the development of financial industry and exerting the function of resource allocation of financial system so as to make Hebei province form comparative advantage in capital and technology. To a certain extent, the research on the relationship between financial development and export commodity structure optimization fills up the theoretical blank of financial factors in the study of domestic export commodity structure optimization. In recent years, the research method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis has been widely used in academic field. Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between financial development and export commodity structure optimization, this paper selects the ratio of financial correlation as financial scale index, the term structure of financial institution loan as financial structure index, and the export / export volume of manufactured goods. This paper makes an empirical study on the export structure optimization indexes of high-tech product exports / total industrial manufactured goods, and concludes that the financial scale and financial structure can be used to optimize the export structure of industrial manufactured goods / total exports, which represent the structural optimization of the export commodities. Exports of high-tech products / total exports of manufactured goods have a positive impact, The impact of financial scale and financial structure on the export / export volume of manufactured goods is smaller than that on the export value of high-tech products / total manufactured goods. Especially, the conclusion that the financial structure influences the export value of high and new technology products / the total export of manufactured goods is more obvious. Finally, according to the results of the model, the paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations to promote the optimization of export commodity structure in Hebei Province from the perspective of financial support.
