【摘要】：中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系有著悠久的歷史。最近,中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系越來越受到人們的關(guān)注和討論。中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作是在相互政治信賴、共同的互利互惠的基礎(chǔ)上以進行的,符合兩國發(fā)展的利益。本論文的題目是具有一定現(xiàn)實意義。一直以來中國是俄羅斯在亞洲最重要的合作伙伴之一,兩國的合作前景也十分廣闊。兩國領(lǐng)導都認為,目前中俄貿(mào)易合作的發(fā)展?jié)摿�巨大。本論文分別對中國和俄羅斯對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)、外貿(mào)伙伴等進行重點分析討論,并通過對研究相關(guān)專家的著作文獻、中國和俄羅斯對外貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)并運用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析、OLS模型等統(tǒng)計方法分別對中俄貿(mào)易總額、進出口及其地理結(jié)構(gòu)進行全面科學的分析。研究兩國合作的重要影響因素以及存在的缺陷與不足,并進而提出相關(guān)的建議。本論文的特點是對俄羅斯海關(guān)與中國海關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)進行比較分析,不同于一般的研究者只運用一個國家的數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計。此外,本論文結(jié)合了作者的實踐經(jīng)驗研究中俄貿(mào)易問題,加入了作者作為中俄外貿(mào)青年在中俄貿(mào)易活動中的親身經(jīng)歷、實際經(jīng)驗和感悟,而不僅僅是簡單地分析官方統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和采納其他學者的觀點。作者通過運用OLS模型,得出結(jié)論：在中俄貿(mào)易中,中國對俄羅斯更傾向于能源資源方面的需求,而俄羅斯則更多購買移動電話、衣服、鞋子等。因為俄羅斯主要供給中國原料和能源,但中國是俄羅斯的制成品主要供應(yīng)者。值得注意的是中國的對外貿(mào)易額是俄羅斯的對外貿(mào)易額的很多倍。本論文認為,俄羅斯對中國的出口不應(yīng)該僅僅只局限于原料資源,應(yīng)有更多高科技的產(chǎn)品。兩國要充分利用邊境地區(qū)的潛力、改善相互貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)以及增加相互投資項目。經(jīng)過以上研究調(diào)查,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)中俄貿(mào)易正在快速持續(xù)增長,但與此同時也存在一定問題,如兩國貿(mào)易整體機構(gòu)存在系統(tǒng)性腐敗,中俄經(jīng)濟一增一退,兩國邊界欠發(fā)達地區(qū)拖累整體貿(mào)易進程等。若是能克服這些問題,中俄雙邊貿(mào)易合作會有更廣闊的前途以及更大的發(fā)展空間。
[Abstract]:Sino-Russian economic and trade relations have a long history. Recently, Sino-Russian economic and trade relations have attracted more and more attention and discussion. Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation is carried out on the basis of mutual political trust, common mutual benefit and mutual benefit. It is in the interests of the development of both countries. The title of this paper is of certain practical significance. China has always been one of Russia's most important cooperation partners in Asia, and the prospects for cooperation between the two countries are also very broad. At present, the development potential of Sino-Russian trade cooperation is great. This paper focuses on the structure of foreign trade of China and Russia, foreign trade partners and so on. The foreign trade data of China and Russia and the use of relevant data to analyze the total volume of trade between China and Russia using statistical methods such as the OLS model, To conduct a comprehensive and scientific analysis of imports and exports and their geographical structure. To study the important factors affecting the cooperation between the two countries, as well as their shortcomings and shortcomings, The characteristics of this paper are to compare and analyze the data of the Russian Customs and the Chinese Customs, which is different from that of the general researchers who only use the data of one country for statistics. This paper combines the author's practical experience to study Sino-Russian trade issues, and adds the author's personal experience, practical experience and perception in the Sino-Russian trade activities as the youth of Sino-Russian foreign trade. Instead of simply analyzing official statistics and adopting the views of other scholars, the author draws a conclusion by using the OLS model: in Sino-Russian trade, China is more inclined to demand energy resources from Russia. Russia, on the other hand, buys more mobile phones, clothes, shoes, etc., because Russia mainly supplies China with raw materials and energy. However, China is the main supplier of manufactured goods to Russia. It is worth noting that China's foreign trade volume is many times that of Russia's. This paper believes that Russia's exports to China should not be limited to raw material resources. There should be more high-tech products. The two countries should make full use of the potential of the border areas, improve the structure of mutual trade and increase mutual investment projects. Through the above research and investigation, the authors have found that Sino-Russian trade is growing rapidly and continuously. But at the same time, there are also certain problems, such as systemic corruption in the overall trade institutions of the two countries, an increase in the economic growth of China and Russia, and a drag on the overall trade process in underdeveloped areas along the border between the two countries. If these problems can be overcome, Bilateral trade cooperation between China and Russia will have a broader future and greater room for development.
