【摘要】：自獨(dú)立以來，非洲經(jīng)歷了長(zhǎng)達(dá)半個(gè)世紀(jì)的艱難探索、曲折前行。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后，這片古老的大陸重新迎來了屬于自己的發(fā)展黃金期。而地球另一端的另一個(gè)古老國(guó)度--中國(guó)，也在經(jīng)歷了三十余年的經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)后，啟動(dòng)了新的轉(zhuǎn)型、調(diào)整、改革。中非雙方的發(fā)展大勢(shì)存在著明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)和互動(dòng)關(guān)聯(lián)，雙方互為機(jī)遇、互為支撐的新型戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系在新一輪的國(guó)際政治舞臺(tái)上大有潛力。在中國(guó)的全球國(guó)際關(guān)系戰(zhàn)略布局中，非洲已經(jīng)成為越來越重要的平臺(tái)。而對(duì)于非洲來說，如何走出世界體系的邊緣，中國(guó)的助力不可或缺。 對(duì)于發(fā)展中國(guó)家來說，發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)就是國(guó)家最大的政治。對(duì)于中國(guó)和非洲來說，經(jīng)貿(mào)合作是中非關(guān)系發(fā)展最核心的動(dòng)力，也深層次的影響著中非國(guó)際關(guān)系的方方面面。近年來，中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛，成就舉世矚目，中國(guó)在非洲的影響力與日俱增。如何在戰(zhàn)略上做好中非關(guān)系的布局，合理的協(xié)調(diào)引導(dǎo)各種經(jīng)濟(jì)合作模式，探討更科學(xué)合理、適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的模式，是我國(guó)在中非關(guān)系中需要高度重視的課題。這方面的研究對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)非戰(zhàn)略的制定，對(duì)中非經(jīng)貿(mào)未來的發(fā)展方向，具有重大的意義。 本文試圖從這一領(lǐng)域中挖掘出一些有益的觀點(diǎn)，將中非經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的幾種模式作為研究對(duì)象，，從現(xiàn)狀、問題、典型案例、未來的發(fā)展探析等幾個(gè)維度對(duì)該研究對(duì)象開展了比較全面、系統(tǒng)的分析。通過大量的資料查閱、數(shù)據(jù)分析，認(rèn)為在現(xiàn)在的幾種中非經(jīng)濟(jì)合作模式中，結(jié)合幾種傳統(tǒng)模式的新型經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作區(qū)是比較有潛力的。 本文主體分為三個(gè)部分：第一部分，從定性的角度論述了中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的歷史、現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)目前存在的問題進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)的剖析；并列舉了目前中非對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的六種主要模式，分別從定性和定量的角度，利用大量的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)資料說明各模式的發(fā)展情況；第二部分，綜合之前的所有材料和分析，提出未來中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作最有潛力、最創(chuàng)新的模式，應(yīng)該是新型的境外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作區(qū)。對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作區(qū)的發(fā)展軌跡進(jìn)行了回顧，對(duì)合作區(qū)在非洲目前的發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行了概括，并對(duì)今后合作區(qū)的發(fā)展提出了一些建議。此外，對(duì)三個(gè)有代表性及推廣潛力的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū)進(jìn)行了案例分析。第三部分，對(duì)中非經(jīng)貿(mào)合作區(qū)未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望，并提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:Since independence, Africa has gone through a half-century of hard exploration and twists and turns. After entering the 21st century, this ancient continent has once again ushered in its own golden period of development. China, another ancient country on the other side of the globe, After more than 30 years of rapid economic growth, China and Africa have initiated a new transformation, adjustment, and reform. The development trend of China and Africa has obvious complementary advantages and interactive links, and both sides are opportunities for each other. The new strategic partnership supported by each other has great potential in the new round of international political arena. In the strategic layout of China's global international relations, Africa has become an increasingly important platform. How to get out of the edge of the world system, China's help is indispensable. For developing countries, economic development is the biggest political issue in the country. For China and Africa, economic and trade cooperation is the core driving force for the development of China-Africa relations, and it also has a profound impact on all aspects of international relations between China and Africa in recent years. The economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa is developing rapidly, its achievements have attracted worldwide attention, and China's influence in Africa is growing day by day. How to make a good strategic arrangement of China-Africa relations, rationally coordinate and guide various economic cooperation models, and explore a more scientific and rational way, Adapting to the mode of social development is a subject that our country should attach great importance to in the Sino-African relations. The research on this aspect is of great significance to the formulation of China's strategy to Africa and to the future development direction of China-Africa economy and trade. This paper tries to excavate some useful viewpoints from this field, taking several models of Sino-African economic and trade relations as the research object, from the current situation, the problem, the typical case, The future development and other dimensions have carried out a relatively comprehensive and systematic analysis of the research object. Through a large amount of information and data analysis, it is believed that in the present several models of economic cooperation between China and Africa, Combined with several traditional models of new economic and trade cooperation zone is more potential. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part discusses the history and current situation of Sino-African economic and trade cooperation from a qualitative point of view, and analyzes the existing problems in detail; It also lists the six main modes of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation at present, using a large number of statistical data and relevant information to explain the development of each model from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives respectively; part two, synthesizing all the previous materials and analyses, It is proposed that the most potential and innovative mode of Sino-African economic and trade cooperation in the future should be a new type of overseas economic and trade cooperation zone. The development track of the economic and trade cooperation zone is reviewed, and the current development trends of the zone in Africa are summarized. In addition, three representative and potential economic and trade cooperation zones are analyzed in case studies. The third part, prospects for the future development of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation zones. Some suggestions are put forward.
