【摘要】：連鎖企業(yè)的配送中心是伴隨著商品大流通而發(fā)展出來的，降低物流成本，加快配送速度，提高運營效率是其必然追求。然而目前我國連鎖企業(yè)配送中心的運營成本居高不下，作業(yè)效率普遍偏低�；�于這個原因，本文從配送中心的產生開始，簡要介紹了現代配送中心的分類和功能，以及國內外對配送中心作業(yè)的研究現狀，指出我國目前連鎖配送中心存在的不足。結合全面質量管理的工具和方法，對BF配送中心的作業(yè)現狀進行了分析。 隨后，，在對BF配送中心各項作業(yè)分析的基礎上，運用工作研究方法，對收貨作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的作業(yè)程序進行了評價和改進；運用控制圖對收貨作業(yè)的效率進行了測量、分析、控制、改進。對取貨作業(yè)中“不增值的行走距離”進行了改進，以期縮短取貨路程，提高作業(yè)效率；對取貨差錯率運用控制圖進行了測量、改進。對勞動強度最大的搬運作業(yè)程序中不經濟、不合理的環(huán)節(jié)，運用“ECRS”原則進行了改進。 最后，對配送中心的所有作業(yè)，實施全面質量管理。
[Abstract]:The chain enterprise's distribution center is accompanied by the commodity circulation and development, reduce logistics costs, speed up the delivery speed, improve operational efficiency is the inevitable pursuit. However, the distribution center of China chain enterprises high operation cost, operation efficiency is generally low. For this reason, this article starts from the distribution center, briefly this paper introduces the classification and function of modern distribution center, as well as the domestic and foreign research status of distribution center operations, points out the shortages existing in our country's current logistics center. With the tools and methods of comprehensive quality management, analyzes the operation status of the BF distribution center.
Then, based on the analysis of the operation of the BF distribution center, using the research methods of work, receiving operation procedures for evaluation and improvement; application of control charts receiving operation efficiency of the measurement, analysis, control and improvement of operation. Pick up "no value of the walking distance" the improvement, in order to shorten the delivery distance, improve work efficiency; improvement of the delivery error rate by using the control chart was measured. The labor intensity in handling procedures for the largest economy, the unreasonable parts, with the "ECRS" principle for the improvement.
Finally, the overall quality management is implemented for all the operations of the distribution center.
