千里馬公司成長路徑及其策略研究

【摘要】:在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中,中小企業(yè)的成長與發(fā)展對我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及帶動(dòng)就業(yè)增加和人民財(cái)富增長有著不可忽視的作用。因此,聚焦中小企業(yè)的成長模式與成長路徑,大力支持和推進(jìn)中小企業(yè)的成長是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的必然選擇,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)的強(qiáng)力抓手。我國中小企業(yè)的數(shù)量較多,大概占到全國企業(yè)總數(shù)的96%。中小企業(yè)對于減輕就業(yè)壓力和促進(jìn)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),推動(dòng)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,改善和提高人民生活水平等方面都具有重大意義。然而,中小企業(yè)的成長卻也面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。一方面,中小企業(yè)的成長會(huì)受到金融、產(chǎn)業(yè)、社會(huì)文化和政策等外在環(huán)境影響;另一方面,中小企業(yè)自身的資源、管理者素質(zhì)、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力、企業(yè)融資能力和企業(yè)文化等內(nèi)在因素也影響著其生存和成長。本研究選取南昌千里馬商貿(mào)有限公司為研究對象,結(jié)合中小企業(yè)理論和企業(yè)案例,探究中小企業(yè)成長的路徑及其策略。首先,通過系統(tǒng)回顧現(xiàn)有國內(nèi)外關(guān)于中小企業(yè)尤其中小企業(yè)成長的文獻(xiàn),掌握了解該理論研究領(lǐng)域的最新動(dòng)態(tài),并對有關(guān)中小企業(yè)的文獻(xiàn)與理論進(jìn)行梳理,從而歸納出影響中小企業(yè)成長的主要變量,為本文后續(xù)的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,通過結(jié)合千里馬公司的具體案例,對企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查與訪談,根據(jù)訪談內(nèi)容進(jìn)一步展開研究,為千里馬公司的成長給出具體策略,也為中小企業(yè)的成長與發(fā)展提供了方向。根據(jù)本研究結(jié)論,中小企業(yè)因其成長階段和成長路徑的不同,其在成長過程中面臨著如企業(yè)制度欠規(guī)范、融資渠道較單一、優(yōu)質(zhì)人才較缺乏、市場范圍較局限和管理水平較低等諸多問題。本研究針對性地提出了建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度、拓寬企業(yè)融資渠道、創(chuàng)新人才引進(jìn)策略、合理開拓國內(nèi)市場和建立科學(xué)管理體系等對策來保證企業(yè)的穩(wěn)健成長。我國其他中小企業(yè)在成長過程中也可以借鑒千里馬公司成長的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及策略,從實(shí)際出發(fā),不斷開拓創(chuàng)新企業(yè)制度和管理體系,強(qiáng)化與其他企業(yè)的合作,拓寬有效的融資渠道,培育企業(yè)文化內(nèi)核。以積極主動(dòng)地姿態(tài)應(yīng)對市場的激烈競爭和社會(huì)的劇烈變革,有效保障企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定高速成長。
[Abstract]:In China's economic development, the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the social and economic development of our country, as well as the growth of employment and people's wealth. Vigorously supporting and promoting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is the inevitable choice of economic growth in our country, and it is also a powerful grasp to achieve various economic objectives. The number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is relatively large. Small and medium-sized enterprises are of great significance in reducing employment pressure and promoting employment opportunities, promoting the development of the national economy, maintaining social stability, improving and improving the living standards of the people. On the one hand, the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises will be affected by the external environment such as finance, industry, social culture and policies; on the other hand, the resources and management qualities of small and medium-sized enterprises will affect their growth. The inherent factors such as enterprise innovation ability, corporate financing ability and corporate culture also affect its survival and growth. This study selects Nanchang Qianlima Trading Co., Ltd. as the research object, combining the theory of small and medium-sized enterprises and enterprise cases. First of all, through a systematic review of the existing literature on the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad, to understand the latest developments in the field of theoretical research, And combing the literature and theory of small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to sum up the main variables that affect the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, and provide the theoretical basis for the follow-up study of this paper. Secondly, by combining the specific case of Qianlima Company, Carry on field investigation and interview to the enterprise, carry out further research according to the interview content, give the concrete strategy for the growth of Qianlima company, also provide the direction for the growth and development of the small and medium-sized enterprise. According to the conclusion of this research, Because of their different growth stages and paths, small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the following problems in the process of their growth: the enterprise system is not standardized, the financing channel is relatively single, and the high-quality talents are lacking. This study puts forward the establishment of modern enterprise system, widening the financing channels of enterprises, innovating the strategy of talent introduction, and so on, the market scope is limited and the management level is low. Reasonable development of domestic market and establishment of scientific management system to ensure the steady growth of enterprises. Other small and medium-sized enterprises in our country can also learn from the growth experience and strategies of Qianlima Company, from the reality, We should constantly develop and innovate the enterprise system and management system, strengthen cooperation with other enterprises, broaden effective financing channels, cultivate the core of corporate culture, and respond positively to the fierce competition in the market and the drastic changes in the society. Effectively ensure the stable and high-speed growth of enterprises.
