【摘要】：正CCS《智能船舶規(guī)范》的出臺,是CCS技術(shù)能力的體現(xiàn),它的出臺填補(bǔ)了國際海事界在智能船舶方面沒有規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的歷史,將引領(lǐng)智能船舶向著規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方向發(fā)展。近年來,"智能船舶"是業(yè)界的熱門關(guān)鍵詞之一,深受業(yè)界關(guān)注。最近,甚至有研究機(jī)構(gòu)放言,幾年之后無人船可能就會面世。然而,有一個現(xiàn)實問題橫亙在業(yè)界面前,即當(dāng)前尚無引領(lǐng)和指導(dǎo)"智能船舶"發(fā)展的《智能船
