南華電機生產(chǎn)的工序質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展,客戶對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求越來越高。歐美和日本等發(fā)達國家對工序質(zhì)量控制的研究已經(jīng)進入比較成熟的階段,通過調(diào)節(jié)和控制生產(chǎn)過程因素(5M1E)的方法來控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。在此基礎(chǔ)上,許多發(fā)達國家已經(jīng)把產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量零缺陷當作工序質(zhì)量控制所追求的根本目標,并且提出了許多行之有效的工序質(zhì)量控制方法。與發(fā)達國家工序質(zhì)量控制水平相比,我國的工序質(zhì)量控制水平相對較低,仍然停留在僅限對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量檢驗階段,以事后檢驗為主,沒有對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量缺陷問題有效的處理措施,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低劣、廢次品率居高不下等問題。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量低劣削弱了我國產(chǎn)品在國際市場上的競爭力。 本課題以南華電機的加工工藝流程為研究對象,以工序質(zhì)量控制理論為依據(jù),從工序質(zhì)量控制的角度來實現(xiàn)對南華電機質(zhì)量的控制。本課題主要研究內(nèi)容包括: (1)通過對南華Y系列三相異步電機質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀的分析,結(jié)合電機加工工藝流程,運用QFD相關(guān)知識確定電機生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵工序;運用SPC控制圖對關(guān)鍵工序進行工序質(zhì)量控制分析。 (2)結(jié)合BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)知識,對SPC控制圖中的六種基本模式進行模式識別,找出控制圖中異常發(fā)生的原因及相應(yīng)的參數(shù)改變,成功彌補了SPC控制圖無法識別出具體的異常模式以及異常模式產(chǎn)生的原因的缺點。 (3)通過對南華電機生產(chǎn)過程中工序間影響關(guān)系的分析,,運用兩種質(zhì)量診斷理論對工序中的兩種質(zhì)量進行區(qū)分、診斷,進而找出電機質(zhì)量問題的癥結(jié)所在;結(jié)合兩種過程能力指數(shù)對工序的加工質(zhì)量狀況進行判斷。 本文所采用的有關(guān)工序質(zhì)量控制方面的技術(shù)方法和研究思路,雖然針對電機行業(yè),但對我國其它機械制造業(yè)的質(zhì)量控制具有一定的參考價值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern manufacturing technology, customers are demanding more and more high quality products. The research on process quality control in developed countries, such as Europe, America and Japan, has entered a mature stage. The product quality is controlled by adjusting and controlling the production process factors (5M1E). On this basis, many developed countries have regarded zero defect of product quality as the basic goal of process quality control, and put forward many effective process quality control methods. Compared with the level of process quality control in developed countries, the level of process quality control in our country is relatively low. There are no effective measures to deal with the quality defects of the products, which leads to the poor quality of the products and the high rate of defective products. The inferior quality of our products has weakened the competitiveness of our products in the international market. Based on the theory of process quality control, the process quality control of South China motor is realized from the point of view of process quality control. The main research contents are as follows: (1) through the analysis of the quality of Nanhua Y series three-phase asynchronous motor, combined with the process of motor processing, the key processes of motor production are determined by using the relevant knowledge of QFD; The SPC control chart is used to analyze the process quality control of the key processes. (2) combined with the knowledge of BP neural network, the six basic patterns in the SPC control chart are recognized. Find out the causes of the anomalies in the control chart and the corresponding parameter changes, The SPC control chart can not identify the specific abnormal patterns and the reasons for the abnormal patterns. (3) through the analysis of the influence relationship between the processes in the process of South China motor production, The two kinds of quality diagnosis theory are used to distinguish and diagnose the two kinds of quality in the working procedure, and then the crux of the quality problem of the motor is found, and the processing quality condition of the working procedure is judged by combining the two kinds of process capability index. The technical methods and research ideas of the process quality control adopted in this paper are aimed at the motor industry, but they have certain reference value and significance for the quality control of other machinery manufacturing industries in our country.
