基于7S模型的SGMW企業(yè)文化建設研究

【摘要】:隨著中國汽車企業(yè)改革進程的加快,企業(yè)之間競爭日益激烈,競爭焦點主要集中在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、經(jīng)營管理、市場營銷、人力資源等方面。大部分汽車企業(yè)在其中某一方面都擁有較強的能力,但要全面擁有并保持上述競爭力,則需要堅實的企業(yè)文化建設作為保障。因此,新時期下企業(yè)之間的競爭實質上是企業(yè)文化之間的競爭。 SGMW (上汽通用五菱)是廣西柳州的合資汽車企業(yè),企業(yè)前身是柳州五菱汽車。近年來,SGMW銷售業(yè)績良好,企業(yè)迅速擴張,分別在青島、重慶建立了自己的生產(chǎn)基地,并逐漸走向海外市場。如何繼續(xù)保持企業(yè)核心競爭力與競爭優(yōu)勢,需要對企業(yè)文化的作用進行重新分析。與此同時,企業(yè)的文化建設也面臨著挑戰(zhàn),原有的企業(yè)文化能否在新的工廠得到實踐,企業(yè)文化理念是否能得到員工認同,都需要探索。 本文通過對企業(yè)文化及7S模型的理論進行闡述,調查研究SGMW現(xiàn)有企業(yè)文化建設現(xiàn)狀與特點,剖析當前企業(yè)文化主要存在的問題,提出基于7S模型的SGMW企業(yè)文化打造對策。從戰(zhàn)略、價值觀、結構、制度、員工、技能、風格7個要素制定相對應的企業(yè)文化建設對策,基于這些對策,建立7S模型運行的保障機制。 當前,許多企業(yè)在企業(yè)文化建設中都存在一些困惑,本文的分析和結論將對同類企業(yè)有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the reform process of Chinese automobile enterprises, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. The competition focuses on product development, management, marketing, human resources and so on. Most automobile enterprises have strong ability in one of them, but in order to fully possess and maintain the above competitiveness, we need solid enterprise culture construction as the guarantee. Therefore, the competition among enterprises in the new period is essentially the competition between corporate culture. SGMW (SAIC General Wuling) is a joint venture automobile enterprise in Liuzhou, Guangxi, the predecessor of which is Liuzhou Wuling Automobile. In recent years, SGMW sales performance is good, enterprises expand rapidly, respectively in Qingdao, Chongqing set up their own production bases, and gradually to overseas markets. How to continue to maintain the core competitiveness and competitive advantage of enterprises, need to re-analyze the role of corporate culture. At the same time, the enterprise culture construction also faces the challenge, whether the original enterprise culture can be put into practice in the new factory, whether the enterprise culture idea can get the staff approval, all need to explore. This paper expounds the theory of enterprise culture and 7s model, investigates and studies the present situation and characteristics of SGMW enterprise culture construction, analyzes the main problems existing in current enterprise culture, and puts forward the countermeasures of SGMW enterprise culture building based on 7s model. From the strategy, values, structure, system, staff, skills, style seven elements of the corresponding corporate culture construction countermeasures, based on these countermeasures, the establishment of 7S model operation of the security mechanism. At present, many enterprises have some puzzles in the construction of corporate culture. The analysis and conclusion of this paper will have certain guiding significance for the similar enterprises.
