【摘要】：煤炭在我國(guó)的開(kāi)發(fā)利用非常之早,作為生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)煤炭的大國(guó),隨著時(shí)間的過(guò)去,在大量的開(kāi)采下,我國(guó)的煤炭?jī)?chǔ)量也在逐年減少。近年來(lái),國(guó)家加強(qiáng)了對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)的監(jiān)督,對(duì)煤炭資源的開(kāi)采量也做出了控制,煤炭市場(chǎng)因?yàn)檎w上供過(guò)于求,市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)比較低迷,在這樣的外部環(huán)境下,煤炭企業(yè)逐漸遠(yuǎn)離發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,開(kāi)始面臨企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型等一系列發(fā)展問(wèn)題。 琿春處在東北亞的幾何中心,中、朝、俄三國(guó)交界地勢(shì)讓其擁有非常優(yōu)越的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),作為中央批復(fù)的對(duì)外開(kāi)放的橋頭堡地區(qū),琿春要做好橋頭堡的作用,其經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也就非常重要。而煤炭資源作為琿春的優(yōu)勢(shì)礦種,其開(kāi)發(fā)利用為琿春經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn),但是這兩年來(lái),琿春煤炭企業(yè)因?yàn)槊禾績(jī)r(jià)格下降、政策性停產(chǎn)等種種原因,基本都處在一個(gè)虧損的狀態(tài),其生存發(fā)展形式嚴(yán)峻。煤炭企業(yè)作為資源型企業(yè),靠開(kāi)采銷售資源盈利,但是建井開(kāi)采的前期投資都比較高,是一個(gè)退出壁壘相對(duì)較高的行業(yè),所以有許多礦井在明顯虧損的情況下,也不愿、不能輕易退出。因此,對(duì)這些企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出研究,使其擺脫困境、健康長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展也就有其必要性。 本文選定一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的多家企業(yè)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)琿春煤礦企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性的研究。文章以戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)分析模型、資源依賴?yán)碚摵蛻?zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型相關(guān)理論綜述為理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)琿春的三家煤礦企業(yè)共八個(gè)礦井進(jìn)行了案例研究。文章在對(duì)琿春煤礦業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析后,分析了琿春煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略能力,認(rèn)為琿春煤礦業(yè)要想長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)健康發(fā)展,必須戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,并對(duì)琿春煤礦業(yè)的未來(lái)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做出了規(guī)劃,從企業(yè)和政府的角度對(duì)如何保障其戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施做出了對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of coal in our country is very early. As a big country producing and consuming coal, with the time passing, under the massive exploitation, our country's coal reserves are also decreasing year by year. In recent years, the state has strengthened its supervision over coal enterprises and has also made controls on the amount of coal resources exploited. The coal market is in such an external environment because the overall supply exceeds demand and the market situation is relatively low. Coal enterprises gradually away from the golden period of development, began to face a series of development problems such as strategic transformation of enterprises. Hunchun is located in the geometric center of Northeast Asia. The border topography of China, North Korea, and Russia gives Hunchun a very superior geographical advantage. As a bridgehead area approved by the central authorities, Hunchun should do a good job of bridgehead. Its economic development is also very important. As an advantageous mineral resource in Hunchun, the exploitation and utilization of coal resources have made important contributions to the economic development of Hunchun. However, in the past two years, Hunchun coal enterprises have due to the drop in coal prices and the suspension of production by policy, and so on. Basically are in a deficit state, its survival and development form is grim. As a resource-based enterprise, coal enterprises make profits by exploiting and selling resources, but the early investment in the construction and exploitation of wells is relatively high, which is an industry with relatively high exit barriers. Therefore, many mines are unwilling to make significant losses. You can't quit easily. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of these enterprises to get rid of the predicament. In this paper, several enterprises in one industry are selected to analyze the development strategy of Hunchun Coal Mine. Based on the strategic correlation analysis model, resource dependence theory and strategic transition theory, the paper makes a case study of three coal mines in Hunchun. After analyzing the external environment, internal environment and industry environment of Hunchun coal mining industry, this paper analyzes the strategic ability of Hunchun coal industry, and thinks that Hunchun coal mining industry must be strategically transformed if it wants to develop healthily in the long run. The future development strategy of Hunchun coal mining industry is planned, and the countermeasures and suggestions on how to guarantee the implementation of the strategy are put forward from the angle of enterprise and government.
