琿春煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:The development and utilization of coal in our country is very early. As a big country producing and consuming coal, with the time passing, under the massive exploitation, our country's coal reserves are also decreasing year by year. In recent years, the state has strengthened its supervision over coal enterprises and has also made controls on the amount of coal resources exploited. The coal market is in such an external environment because the overall supply exceeds demand and the market situation is relatively low. Coal enterprises gradually away from the golden period of development, began to face a series of development problems such as strategic transformation of enterprises. Hunchun is located in the geometric center of Northeast Asia. The border topography of China, North Korea, and Russia gives Hunchun a very superior geographical advantage. As a bridgehead area approved by the central authorities, Hunchun should do a good job of bridgehead. Its economic development is also very important. As an advantageous mineral resource in Hunchun, the exploitation and utilization of coal resources have made important contributions to the economic development of Hunchun. However, in the past two years, Hunchun coal enterprises have due to the drop in coal prices and the suspension of production by policy, and so on. Basically are in a deficit state, its survival and development form is grim. As a resource-based enterprise, coal enterprises make profits by exploiting and selling resources, but the early investment in the construction and exploitation of wells is relatively high, which is an industry with relatively high exit barriers. Therefore, many mines are unwilling to make significant losses. You can't quit easily. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of these enterprises to get rid of the predicament. In this paper, several enterprises in one industry are selected to analyze the development strategy of Hunchun Coal Mine. Based on the strategic correlation analysis model, resource dependence theory and strategic transition theory, the paper makes a case study of three coal mines in Hunchun. After analyzing the external environment, internal environment and industry environment of Hunchun coal mining industry, this paper analyzes the strategic ability of Hunchun coal industry, and thinks that Hunchun coal mining industry must be strategically transformed if it wants to develop healthily in the long run. The future development strategy of Hunchun coal mining industry is planned, and the countermeasures and suggestions on how to guarantee the implementation of the strategy are put forward from the angle of enterprise and government.
