【摘要】:GRI公司是國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的電梯制造商。隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,GRI公司電梯業(yè)務(wù)面臨著全新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。同時(shí),,中國電梯市場(chǎng)的繁榮和高速發(fā)展讓包括GRI公司在內(nèi)的一批電梯企業(yè)迅速成長,跨國企業(yè)、國有企業(yè)、民營企業(yè)群雄并起,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。面對(duì)電梯行業(yè)復(fù)雜多變的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,必須及時(shí)調(diào)整公司電梯業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文研究的目的是為GRI公司制定電梯業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本文首先運(yùn)用“PEST模型”和“五力分析模型”,闡述公司電梯業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展所處的外部環(huán)境帶來的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,結(jié)合公司內(nèi)部資源和能力分析,概括公司電梯業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展具備優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的劣勢(shì)。并集中運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法分析了目前的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅。當(dāng)前GRI公司在生產(chǎn)和管理體系、研發(fā)和技術(shù)資源等方面具有優(yōu)勢(shì);成本、開發(fā)周期和技術(shù)服務(wù)處于劣勢(shì);政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和市場(chǎng)環(huán)境大有機(jī)會(huì);而來自競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手和行業(yè)的威脅越來越大。綜合這些因素,并結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略等相關(guān)理論,為GRI公司電梯業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展選擇差異化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并根據(jù)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)分析制定了戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。最后通過對(duì)電梯業(yè)務(wù)差異化的基礎(chǔ)和方式的分析,本文從產(chǎn)品差異化、營銷和服務(wù)差異化、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和制造布局差異化、業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)張方式和品牌差異化等方面對(duì)GRI公司如何實(shí)施和管理該戰(zhàn)略的措施提出了思路和建議。
[Abstract]:GRI is the leading elevator manufacturer in China. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the elevator business of GRI is facing a new development opportunity. At the same time, the prosperity and rapid development of the elevator market in China has made a number of elevator enterprises, including GRI, grow rapidly. Multinational enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are coming together, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In the face of the complex and changeable development opportunities and fierce market competition environment of elevator industry, we must adjust the development strategy of elevator business in time. The purpose of this paper is to make elevator business development strategy for GRI Company. This paper first uses "PEST model" and "five forces analysis model" to expound the opportunity and threat brought by the external environment of elevator business development of the company, combined with the analysis of the company's internal resources and ability. Summary of the company elevator business development has advantages and disadvantages. And concentrated use of SWOT analysis of the current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats. At present, GRI has advantages in production and management system, R & D and technical resources, cost, development cycle and technical service are at a disadvantage, policy, economy, society and market environment have great opportunities. And the threat from competitors and industries is growing. By synthesizing these factors and combining the relevant theories such as strategic management and competitive strategy, this paper selects the differentiated development strategy for the elevator business development of GRI Company, and formulates the strategic objectives according to the market trend analysis. Finally, through the analysis of the basis and mode of elevator business differentiation, this paper analyzes the product differentiation, marketing and service differentiation, industrial chain and manufacturing layout differentiation. This paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to implement and manage the strategy from the aspects of business expansion and brand differentiation.
