【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇以及信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,各類組織越來(lái)越依賴信息系統(tǒng)整合組織資源,增強(qiáng)組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。日益復(fù)雜化的信息系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)不再單純是一種技術(shù),而是管理思想的承載。組織采用信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)際上是將信息系統(tǒng)和組織的管理思想、管理流程融合在一起。每個(gè)組織都有獨(dú)特的業(yè)務(wù)流程,也需要不同的信息系統(tǒng)。本文在此背景下,分析了集成電路行業(yè)中的一家代理公司信息系統(tǒng)的選型。雖然組織高層從組織整體利益的角度決定是否采用信息系統(tǒng),但信息系統(tǒng)的個(gè)體用戶才真正決定了信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)組織的價(jià)值。本文采用了環(huán)境因素、技術(shù)因素和組織因素框架的組織層面的分析,也采用了以技術(shù)接受模型為主的個(gè)體層面的分析。通過(guò)對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)流程的梳理;并通過(guò)分析備選信息系統(tǒng)對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)流程的不同處理方式得出不同的管理思想。最后選擇符合公司管理思想而非名氣更大的信息系統(tǒng)。該研究對(duì)中小企業(yè)選擇合適的信息系統(tǒng)具有重要的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of market competition and the rapid development of information technology, all kinds of organizations rely more and more on information systems to integrate organizational resources and enhance their competitiveness. Increasingly complex information system is no longer simply a technology, but a bearing of management ideas. The adoption of information system in an organization is actually a combination of information system and organizational management thought and management process. Each organization has a unique business process and needs a different information system. In this context, this paper analyzes the selection of information system of an agent company in the integrated circuit industry. The individual users of the information system determine the value of the information system to the organization, although the organization's top level decides whether or not to adopt the information system from the perspective of the overall interests of the organization. In this paper, the organizational level analysis of environmental factor, technical factor and organizational factor framework is adopted, and the individual level analysis based on technology acceptance model is also adopted. Through combing the business process of the company and analyzing the different ways of dealing with the business process of the company through the analysis of the alternative information system, different management ideas are obtained. Finally choose the information system that accords with the company management thought rather than the greater reputation. This research has the important reference significance to the small and medium-sized enterprise to choose the suitable information system.
