【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化、城市化的快速發(fā)展，煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)，用高新低碳技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)并構(gòu)建節(jié)約煤炭資源的技術(shù)支撐體系，成為我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。因此，科學(xué)地認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)價(jià)煤炭企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平，對(duì)推動(dòng)企業(yè)低碳發(fā)展具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先在了解生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、脫鉤理論和系統(tǒng)論等理論基礎(chǔ)上，分析了我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)在煤炭產(chǎn)品生命周期各環(huán)節(jié)的低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀；其次，遵循指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原則，構(gòu)建了由低碳開(kāi)采、低碳運(yùn)輸、加工與綜合利用、環(huán)境保護(hù)和低碳文化為主要框架的5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)和24個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)組成的煤炭企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并選取層次分析法和近年來(lái)較為新穎的熵權(quán)法對(duì)各指標(biāo)權(quán)重進(jìn)行組合賦權(quán)，再運(yùn)用GM（1，1）模型對(duì)企業(yè)未來(lái)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出灰色預(yù)測(cè)。然后，以焦作煤業(yè)集團(tuán)為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象，對(duì)該企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)水平進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)，評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明：在2008-2012年，企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)值逐年上升，低碳水平由差到優(yōu)良逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變；在2013-2017年，預(yù)測(cè)企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)良好，預(yù)計(jì)2017年較2012年綜合評(píng)價(jià)值累計(jì)增加56.28%，最后提出了焦作煤業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的三點(diǎn)建議。 本論文的研究工作，，為煤炭企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)提供了較為科學(xué)、可行的方法和依據(jù)，對(duì)我國(guó)煤炭企業(yè)提升低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)水平具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, coal enterprises develop low carbon economy, transform traditional industries with high technology and low carbon technology and construct technical support system to save coal resources, which becomes the inevitable choice for coal enterprises to realize sustainable development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to understand and evaluate the development level of low carbon economy in coal enterprises scientifically. Based on the understanding of ecological economics, decoupling theory and system theory, this paper analyzes the development status of low-carbon economy in every link of coal product life cycle in China's coal enterprises, followed the principle of index system construction. The evaluation index system of low carbon economy for coal enterprises is constructed, which is composed of 5 primary indexes and 24 second class indexes, which are composed of low carbon mining, low carbon transportation, processing and comprehensive utilization, environmental protection and low carbon culture. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the new entropy weight method in recent years are selected to combine the weights of each index, and then the grey prediction of the future development trend of low-carbon economy is made by using the GM1C-1) model. Then, taking Jiaozuo Coal Industry Group as the evaluation object, the comprehensive evaluation of the low carbon economic level of the enterprise is carried out. The evaluation results show that in 2008-2012, the comprehensive evaluation value of the low carbon economy of the enterprise increases year by year, and the low carbon level gradually changes from poor to excellent; In 2013-2017, the forecast enterprise low carbon economy development trend is good, forecast 2017 compared with 2012 comprehensive evaluation value accumulative increase 56.28, finally proposed the Jiaozuo coal industry group to develop the low carbon economy three suggestions. The research work in this paper provides a scientific and feasible method and basis for the comprehensive evaluation of low carbon economy in coal enterprises, and has a certain role in promoting the low carbon economy level of coal enterprises in China.
