【摘要】：經濟的迅猛發(fā)展，城市化進程的加快，帶來的是建筑行業(yè)的蓬勃的發(fā)展。建筑設計院作為國內建筑設計行業(yè)的領頭者，擁有強大的優(yōu)勢，無疑是最大的受益者。但是，隨著國內建筑市場的對外開放以及國內私人設計單位的興起，建筑設計市場競爭愈演愈烈，設計院面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。為應對外來的挑戰(zhàn)，在建筑設計市場繼續(xù)取得優(yōu)勢，建筑設計院應進行體制改革，轉變設計和管理理念。本文運用相關的理論，結合我國設計院的設計管理現(xiàn)狀，借鑒國外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的管理經驗，對我國建筑設計院的設計管理進行優(yōu)化設計。在企業(yè)運營方面，注重企業(yè)的長遠發(fā)展，，制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和建立合理的組織結構；在項目管理層面，對設計流程實行標準化管理，建立有效的項目管理機制，嚴格控制設計產品質量。 本文的研究對設計院的設計管理優(yōu)化有一定的指導意義，主要成果有： （1）在借鑒前人理論的基礎上，對設計管理的概念和內容進行了較為詳細的論述和解釋。 （2）對照國外一些優(yōu)秀企業(yè)的設計管理，對我國建筑設計院的設計管理進行深刻的剖析，找出其中的缺點與不足。 （3）在企業(yè)運營、管理層面，根據(jù)企業(yè)發(fā)展需求制定較為科學的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；為提高企業(yè)運營管理的效率和效果，設計了較為合理的組織結構體系；同時在企業(yè)的溝通方面提出了優(yōu)化方案。 （4）在項目層面，找到對項目進行有重要影響的幾個方面，項目流程或程序、項目內部組織結構及項目設計質量，對其進行優(yōu)化設計，提高項目的效率和保證項目目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process , the development of the construction industry is brought forward . As the leader of the domestic architectural design industry , the architecture design institute has a strong advantage and is undoubtedly the biggest beneficiary . In the aspect of enterprise operation , the design management of the architecture design institute is optimized . In the aspect of enterprise operation , the design process should be standardized and managed , the effective project management mechanism is established , and the design quality of the design institute is strictly controlled . The research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the design management optimization of the design institute , and the main results are as follows : ( 1 ) Based on the former theory , the concept and content of design management are discussed and explained in detail . ( 2 ) Control the design and management of some outstanding enterprises abroad , and deeply analyze the design and management of the building design institute in China , and find out the defects and shortcomings . ( 3 ) In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the enterprise ' s operation management , a more reasonable structure system is designed to improve the efficiency and effect of the enterprise ' s operation management , and the optimization scheme is put forward in the communication of enterprises . ( 4 ) At the project level , find several aspects , such as project flow or procedure , internal organization structure and project design quality of the project , optimize the design of the project , improve the efficiency of the project and ensure the project objectives .
