【摘要】:項(xiàng)目管理作為管理學(xué)發(fā)展的實(shí)用性分支,在二十世紀(jì)中后期萌芽發(fā)展。隨著全球供應(yīng)鏈的飛速發(fā)展、制造業(yè)技術(shù)的日益進(jìn)步和客戶精益求精的期望,如今的工業(yè)和民用消費(fèi)品市場(chǎng)各類新產(chǎn)品層出不窮,更新?lián)Q代頻繁,企業(yè)迫于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的壓力也忙于在第一時(shí)間推出自己的前沿產(chǎn)品。項(xiàng)目管理工具對(duì)成本、質(zhì)量和時(shí)間的有效控制使其在各類企業(yè)廣受歡迎?萍几淖兪澜,智能終端的普及帶動(dòng)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信行業(yè)在過(guò)去幾年的蓬勃發(fā)展,吸引著越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)涉足,同時(shí)也使得市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更為激烈。A公司作為在網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信行業(yè)的資深企業(yè),也倍感壓力,這種壓力尤其體現(xiàn)在新產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力上。新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的質(zhì)量對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和占有率有著舉足輕重的影響。本文以新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)研究現(xiàn)有新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,借助因果分析圖,找出影響試產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的主要因素:設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)、供應(yīng)商原材料質(zhì)量和試產(chǎn)生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。從研發(fā)環(huán)節(jié)開始,通過(guò)質(zhì)量功能展開,分析研發(fā)過(guò)程可能忽視的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量隱患。通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商管理的弱點(diǎn),改善供應(yīng)商選擇、評(píng)估、審核流程提高試產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的來(lái)料質(zhì)量。通過(guò)PFMEA,質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃,統(tǒng)計(jì)過(guò)程分析等等質(zhì)量管理的工具和方法結(jié)合進(jìn)度管理、人員管理,提前預(yù)測(cè)和預(yù)防生產(chǎn)過(guò)程可能出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。最后通過(guò)在實(shí)際產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用來(lái)驗(yàn)證新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理方案的有效性。通過(guò)此次分析,提高了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低了質(zhì)量成本,同時(shí)為企業(yè)提供了后續(xù)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的參考模型。
[Abstract]:Project management, as a practical branch of management development, sprouted in the middle and late period of 20th century. With the rapid development of global supply chain, the increasing progress of manufacturing technology and the expectation of customer excellence. Nowadays, there are many kinds of new products in the market of industry and consumer goods, and the enterprises are forced by the competition to launch their own frontier products in the first time. The project management tools are cost to the cost. The effective control of quality and time makes it popular in all kinds of enterprises. Science and technology change the world, the popularization of intelligent terminal drives the vigorous development of network communication industry in the past few years, attracting more and more enterprises to set foot. At the same time, it also makes the market competition more intense. A company as a senior enterprise in the network communication industry, also feel the pressure. This pressure is especially reflected in the competitiveness of new products. The quality of new product introduction has a decisive impact on the market competitiveness and share. This paper takes the quality management of new product trial production project as the research object. By studying the quality problem of the existing new product trial production, and with the aid of causality analysis diagram, we find out the main factors that affect the quality of the trial production project: design and R & D link. Supplier raw material quality and trial production quality. Starting from the R & D link, through the development of quality functions, analyze the production quality risks that may be ignored in the R & D process. Through the analysis of the weaknesses of the existing supplier management. Improve supplier selection, evaluation, audit process to improve the quality of incoming materials for trial production projects. Through PFMEA, quality control plan, statistical process analysis and other quality management tools and methods combined with progress management. Personnel management, early prediction and prevention of possible quality problems in the production process. Finally, the effectiveness of the quality management program of the new product trial production project is verified by the application of the actual product. The product quality is improved, the quality cost is reduced, and the reference model of the following new product introduction is provided for the enterprise.
