【摘要】：多年來,隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速而又持續(xù)的發(fā)展,國內(nèi)對(duì)道路,房地產(chǎn),工礦企業(yè),水利,城建等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)。投入的規(guī)模越來越大,發(fā)展速度愈加迅猛。新建,改建,擴(kuò)建,遷建,更新改造項(xiàng)目也隨之越來越多。項(xiàng)目工程的質(zhì)量問題已成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題之一。項(xiàng)目工程是一個(gè)涉及面廣,施工周期長,結(jié)構(gòu)不一,受自然條件,政策等影響較大的綜合性復(fù)雜問題。這就說明了,項(xiàng)目施工要比其它,如工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制的難度要大的多。目前以工程質(zhì)量為核心的工程項(xiàng)目競爭走上了市場(chǎng)競爭的舞臺(tái),項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量的好壞不僅決定著工程建設(shè)企業(yè)的未來發(fā)展,更關(guān)系到人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。探索符合自身施工項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理與質(zhì)量控制模式。以此更好地改善建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀。本文通過六章的內(nèi)容,對(duì)鞍山市殯儀館工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制管理、質(zhì)量控制的特點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了論述和深入研究。首先通過緒論部分,對(duì)比國內(nèi)外在建筑施工項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制問題上的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對(duì)比和分析。在第二章詳細(xì)闡述了質(zhì)量控制理論的定義、質(zhì)量控制的幾大原則、對(duì)質(zhì)量控制的主要方法和影響因素。然后通過第三章結(jié)合鞍山市殯儀館工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制項(xiàng)目的具體事例,具體的分述在施工過程中遇到的質(zhì)量管理方面的問題,并且在主要的施工的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀、建設(shè)監(jiān)理的現(xiàn)狀和質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)的現(xiàn)狀三個(gè)主要問題進(jìn)行了深入探討。重點(diǎn)分析了鞍山市殯儀館工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制所存在的具體實(shí)際問題和成因。隨后,第四章筆者制定出了項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量控制管理優(yōu)化方案。首先明確了優(yōu)化控制的主要目標(biāo)。分述了質(zhì)量控制優(yōu)化管理的四大方面:項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)計(jì)工藝質(zhì)量控制的優(yōu)化,項(xiàng)目工程材料質(zhì)量控制優(yōu)化,項(xiàng)目工程設(shè)備質(zhì)量控制優(yōu)化,項(xiàng)目工程為滿足人文需求的特殊質(zhì)量優(yōu)化。筆者最后通過對(duì)優(yōu)化后的改善方案前后作出比較。并提出可行性的項(xiàng)目工程質(zhì)量控制方案,為解決企業(yè)實(shí)際問題提供參考,同時(shí)希望為相關(guān)質(zhì)量控制案例提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Over the years, with the rapid and sustained development of the national economy, the domestic road, real estate, industrial and mining enterprises, water conservancy, urban construction and other infrastructure construction. The scale of investment is becoming larger and larger, and the speed of development is becoming more and more rapid. New construction, reconstruction, extension, relocation, renewal and renovation projects are also increasing. The quality of project engineering has become one of the focus issues that people pay more and more attention to. Project engineering is a comprehensive and complex problem, which involves a wide range, long construction period, different structure, influenced by natural conditions, policies and so on. This shows that the project construction is more difficult than other, such as the quality control of industrial products. At present, the competition of engineering projects with engineering quality as the core has entered the stage of market competition. The quality of projects not only determines the future development of engineering construction enterprises, but also relates to the safety of people's lives and property. To explore the quality management and quality control mode in line with its own construction project. In order to better improve the quality of construction projects. Through the content of six chapters, the quality control management and the characteristics of quality control of Anshan funeral parlour project are discussed and deeply studied in this paper. First of all, through the introduction part, compared the domestic and foreign construction project quality control question present situation carries on the contrast and the analysis. In the second chapter, the definition of quality control theory, several principles of quality control, the main methods and influencing factors of quality control are described in detail. Then through the third chapter combined with the Anshan funeral parlour project quality control project specific examples, specifically described in the construction process encountered problems in quality management, and in the main construction of the quality of the status quo, Three main problems of construction supervision and quality inspection are discussed. The concrete problems and causes of quality control in Anshan funeral parlour project are analyzed. Then, the author formulates the project quality control management optimization plan in the fourth chapter. First, the main goal of optimal control is defined. Four aspects of quality control optimization management are described: optimization of project engineering design process quality control, project engineering material quality control optimization, project engineering equipment quality control optimization, The project works to meet the special quality optimization of human needs. Finally, the author makes a comparison of the improved scheme after optimization. A feasible project quality control scheme is put forward to provide reference for solving the practical problems of enterprises, and to provide reference for relevant quality control cases at the same time.
