電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控及圖像處理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:近些年來(lái),隨著整體國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增長(zhǎng),城市化建設(shè)逐步加快,現(xiàn)代化的高層建筑拔地而起;與此同時(shí),,人民的消費(fèi)水平明顯提高,房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)商大力建設(shè)高層住宅樓,現(xiàn)代化的住宅小區(qū)比比皆是。高層建筑的迅猛發(fā)展不僅為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的提升做出了貢獻(xiàn),也帶來(lái)了電梯行業(yè)的空前繁榮。本文以提高電梯系統(tǒng)的安全和效率為出發(fā)點(diǎn),將圖像處理以及遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控技術(shù)引入到電梯系統(tǒng)中,以實(shí)現(xiàn)電梯安全和調(diào)度性能的優(yōu)化。 論文在遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控的基礎(chǔ)上引入視頻監(jiān)控,豐富了電梯的監(jiān)控手段。首先概括了視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的三個(gè)階段,在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了電梯視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)。然后詳細(xì)論述了基于IP攝像機(jī)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,開(kāi)發(fā)Windows環(huán)境下的視頻管理軟件,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電梯圖像的顯示、存儲(chǔ)、回放、檢索等功能。最后研究了圖像處理技術(shù)在電梯視頻監(jiān)控中的應(yīng)用,通過(guò)C++語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了圖片格式轉(zhuǎn)化、相似度計(jì)算、二值化處理、連通域識(shí)別等功能。 論文在分析傳統(tǒng)電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化電梯監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)進(jìn)行需求分析、用例分析和功能設(shè)計(jì),提出了添加網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊、性能監(jiān)控和故障報(bào)警等功能模塊的改進(jìn)方案。利用Windows下的Socket編程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)控工作站與電梯控制器的通訊;論文重點(diǎn)研究了基于COM技術(shù)的性能監(jiān)控組件的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),利用Visual C++開(kāi)發(fā)了性能監(jiān)控器以實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控工作站上的電梯性能監(jiān)控功能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growth of the overall national economic strength, the construction of urbanization has been gradually accelerated, and modern high-rise buildings have emerged. At the same time, the level of consumption of the people has increased significantly, and real estate developers have made great efforts to build high-rise residential buildings. Modern residential areas abound. The rapid development of high-rise buildings not only contributed to the promotion of national economy, but also brought the unprecedented prosperity of elevator industry. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of elevator system, this paper introduces image processing and remote monitoring technology into elevator system to realize the optimization of elevator safety and scheduling performance. On the basis of remote monitoring, video monitoring is introduced in this paper, which enriches the means of elevator monitoring. Firstly, three stages of the development of the video surveillance system are summarized, and the characteristics of the elevator video surveillance system are summarized. Then the structure and function of the network video surveillance system based on IP camera are discussed in detail. The video management software under the Windows environment is developed, and the functions of display, storage, playback and retrieval of elevator images are realized. Finally, the application of image processing technology in elevator video surveillance is studied. The functions of image format transformation, similarity calculation, binary processing and connected domain recognition are realized by C language. Based on the analysis of the structure and function of the traditional elevator monitoring system, the overall structure of the networked elevator monitoring system is designed in this paper. Through requirement analysis, use case analysis and function design, the improvement scheme of adding function modules such as network communication, performance monitoring and fault alarm is put forward. The communication between monitor workstation and elevator controller is realized by using Socket programming technology under Windows, and the design and implementation of performance monitoring module based on COM technology are studied in this paper. The performance monitor is developed by using Visual C to monitor the elevator performance on the workstation.
