電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控及圖像處理系統(tǒng)的研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growth of the overall national economic strength, the construction of urbanization has been gradually accelerated, and modern high-rise buildings have emerged. At the same time, the level of consumption of the people has increased significantly, and real estate developers have made great efforts to build high-rise residential buildings. Modern residential areas abound. The rapid development of high-rise buildings not only contributed to the promotion of national economy, but also brought the unprecedented prosperity of elevator industry. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of elevator system, this paper introduces image processing and remote monitoring technology into elevator system to realize the optimization of elevator safety and scheduling performance. On the basis of remote monitoring, video monitoring is introduced in this paper, which enriches the means of elevator monitoring. Firstly, three stages of the development of the video surveillance system are summarized, and the characteristics of the elevator video surveillance system are summarized. Then the structure and function of the network video surveillance system based on IP camera are discussed in detail. The video management software under the Windows environment is developed, and the functions of display, storage, playback and retrieval of elevator images are realized. Finally, the application of image processing technology in elevator video surveillance is studied. The functions of image format transformation, similarity calculation, binary processing and connected domain recognition are realized by C language. Based on the analysis of the structure and function of the traditional elevator monitoring system, the overall structure of the networked elevator monitoring system is designed in this paper. Through requirement analysis, use case analysis and function design, the improvement scheme of adding function modules such as network communication, performance monitoring and fault alarm is put forward. The communication between monitor workstation and elevator controller is realized by using Socket programming technology under Windows, and the design and implementation of performance monitoring module based on COM technology are studied in this paper. The performance monitor is developed by using Visual C to monitor the elevator performance on the workstation.
