淺析我國房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的宏觀調(diào)控

【摘要】:為規(guī)范房地產(chǎn)市場健康、穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行,對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)控是極為必要的。通過對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的調(diào)整與改革,宏觀調(diào)控的手段逐漸趨于合理,但也不可否認(rèn)仍存在一些問題。文章基于國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局公布的房地產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)及統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒中的相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù),從房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)來源及銷售情況兩個(gè)方面對(duì)我國房地產(chǎn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理。通過貨幣政策、財(cái)政政策、土地政策以及金融體系安全四個(gè)角度對(duì)房地產(chǎn)的宏觀調(diào)控進(jìn)行分析,指出了現(xiàn)行房地產(chǎn)宏觀調(diào)控中存在的一些問題并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略,以期為房地產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行合理的宏觀調(diào)控提供相應(yīng)指導(dǎo)建議,促使其健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to standardize the healthy and stable operation of the real estate market, it is extremely necessary to carry on the macro-control to the real estate industry. Through the adjustment and reform of the real estate industry, the means of macro-control tend to be reasonable gradually, but there are still some problems. Based on the relevant data of the real estate industry published by the National Bureau of Statistics and the corresponding data in the statistical yearbook, this paper combs the present situation of the development of the real estate economy in our country from the sources of the real estate economy and the sales situation of the real estate industry. Through the analysis of the macro-control of real estate from the aspects of monetary policy, fiscal policy, land policy and financial system security, this paper points out some problems existing in the macro-control of real estate and puts forward some countermeasures. With a view to reasonable macro-control for the real estate industry to provide appropriate guidance and suggestions to promote its healthy development.
